This is a great community establishment. And Gavin throws the best events to bring the CD community together.

Avole CD, located in Seattle's Central District neighborhood, offers a welcoming atmosphere where strangers can strike up conversations. The cafe serves all-Ethiopian coffee, including oat lattes with four shots in a 24-oz. cup. The baristas are friendly and kind, often described as "too good for this world." The ambiance is easygoing, although some customers have noted that the music can be very loud, making it hard to communicate. The seating area is limited, with three countertop seats and a long side bench inside, along with a few metal tables and chairs outside. Despite the limited space, many locals stop by every morning, making it a great spot for good, strong coffee.
