“Can't resist the gelato here despite Seattle's weather. The london fog is to die for. The gelato look thick and amost gluey, is creamy yet not too rich, smooth and has very thick and dense mouthfeel. The lady who served us was so lovely, and she made beautiful swirl with the gelato.“

“2 years ago due to health I became a pescatarian and look for quality vegetarian, vegan options. Of the many things I miss at the top of the list was a good pepperoni pizza. I have tried all vegetarian, vegan versions. Last night my son and daughter-in-law brought me to MOTO. I ordered the vegan pepperoni pizza. The first bite made me literally want to cry. This was the best pepperoni pizza of ANY kind I have eaten in my considerably long life! Thank you Lee, Nancy, and the entire MOTO crew! I cannot possibly provide a high enough recommendation, this is the alpha and omega of pizza!“

“I’ve been to Salt & Straw locations in every major city down to LA, and they’ve been great experiences. Today Rhea in Ballard knocked it out of the park like I’ve never seen before. “What a great, local establishment. You can’t go wrong with any of the sandwiches (the ham salad and the Irish breakfast sandwiches are my favorite). So many flavors of ice cream...all homemade. Locally made chocolates and an amazing assortment of European treats. The owners are so sweet and kind and their staff is always friendly and serves with a smile. Highly recommend (and take a half gallon of ice cream home with you)!“

Our experience started with a tasting of every single flavor they offer at their Seattle shop! It was a wonderful experience paired with a glass of prosecco! We got to choose 6 flavors to offer our guests!
The overall booking process was super easy and email communication was easy.
The night of the wedding, Paul (co-owner), arrived to serve for us in their super cute and aesthetic ice cream cart! He is so sweet and kind.
Our guests got to pick from cups or cones and various flavors. We also had a little toppings bar set up.

“The Hokkaido Milk ice cream is INCREDIBLE!
The strawberry sauce is to die for, naturally sweet/flavored! The MBD with mochi, brown sugar sauce and the soybean powder is now officially my favorite “flavor” to add to ice cream.

“I have spent way too money at Frankie & Jo's. On the one hand, they have objectively some of the best ice cream I've ever tried. (Sticky Sweet in Maine is another top contender.) But I legit feel embarrassed to bring friends here because of the price — a split scoop on a cone costs upwards of $15, which is almost double what it costs at other high-end ice cream places (e.g., Salt & Straw). Kind of wish they wouldn't use so many specialty ingredients (like flax seeds in the waffle cones?) so they could bring the prices down. I do really like their soft serve, though. I know they had some trouble with the machine in the summer of 2024, so hopefully that'll be back for next year.“

“Great service and simple but amazing chicken sandwiches. The unique combinations of flavors in each option will make you want to try them all. If you just want a snack, the seasoned curly fries are a must. Then top it off with their delicious soft serve ice cream.“

“I don’t get the bad reviews.... This place is amazing. From the ice cream to the food. Of course it’s a bit pricey. It’s a small privately owned business. It’s not a chain. The owners are incredibly nice people. I’ve been going here for more than 20 years and I can’t say enough good things. It’s not their fault parking is limited. It’s Madison Park... They have continued to offer the best ice cream, food, and service even during unprecedented times. I bring my kids here, and have been going since I was a kid. Not many places left where you can share childhood memories with your children.“

“Today was my first time visiting this ice cream shop, and I tried a flavor I’d never had before—Thai tea. The flavor was so creamy, not too sweet, and the waffle cone was fresh and perfectly crispy. When I got to that drop of chocolate at the bottom, it was such a nice surprise! This is a unique little local shop, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they have arcade games and even beer. Chairs are along the edges of the restaurant but the middle is completely empty like it’s going to be used for and event or something

“I am visiting Seattle for a conference. We walked for 20mins to find actual ice cream. This business was awesome. From the moment we entered the store the young lady behind the counter(with pigtails) was amazing. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was super friendly and informative so 10stars for service. The ice cream was super delicious and smooth. I had the caramel ribbon it was AMAZING!“

“This post deserves a SHARE and it’s public! I ventured out to Creamy Cone Cafe (a Black owned small business) for the first time today. The post about the grilled cheese on croissant bread with tomato soup got me. As soon as I walked in I wanted everything!!!! I started with ALL 12 of the flavors currently on hand, the grilled cheese w/soup, the peach cobbler à la mode and a brown sugar cookie that never made it home. My favorite flavors were Strawberry Shortcake, Banana Pudding, Mint Mud pie and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake. None of the flavors were displeasing and ALL of them I would order again. I love that you can taste the individual ingredients in the ice cream it’s self. You can absolutely tell these flavors are made with real fruit!! There was a vegan flavor and a non-dairy flavor that was tasty, something for everyone!!! I will be back often. I did want to point out, just because parking isn’t the greatest doesn’t mean don’t stop in. When you walk through the door it feels like family! Also, they have gift certificates. A win win!!! I’ll be buying some to give to people so they can experience the greatness as well. The list of current flavors are in the photos.“

“I love the Cap Hill location. Really friendly and helpful people. The store is cute with a lot of fun party stuff. It's exactly what I want when buying cupcakes.

It's really unfortunate that the cost -cutting has reached the cupcakes I have loved for over 15 years. They look like they are half the size that they used to be. They used to barely fit in the box, they were so big.

I'm glad they still taste as delicious as ever, but it makes it difficult to justify the purchase. I'm grateful to have known Cupcake Royale at its peak, and hope to see it there again.“

“This place was recommended to me cause I was looking for fresh baked Panettone for my Grandpa he is Italian and said it was some the best Panettone he’s had. He’s 93 so he’s eaten a lot of Panettone in his time. I also tried it was very good! Definitely recommend Gelatiamo!!“

“Some of the creamiest ice cream ever. I ordered a scoop of the iced vanilla latte and a scoop of the mint chip with chocolate chips and vanilla bean caramel. If you're a fan of lattes then get the iced vanilla latte ice cream with vanilla bean caramel on top! Both scoops were so good. My husband ordered the yeti ice cream and that was just a little tastier than the iced vanilla latte ice cream because of the pistachios in it.“

“Went during opening time and it was busier than i expected, however, the staff was very kind and they were very fast with our order. We got multiple drinks and even the Rice Roll. The drinks were delicious the roll was great and filling! The place was well decorated and it seemed to have very relax atmosphere. Overall my experience was very positive I highly recommend it :)“
