“Delicious vegan and gluten-free ice cream, plus waffle cones! Find ice cream that's both gluten-free and dairy-free is enough of a challenge, that I had given up on ever having an ice cream "cone" again. This was a real treat! I tasted several flavors and they were all delicious. The staff was also very helpful in looking up other ingredients to consider for any allergies. Instead of getting a full scoop, I decided to split one between two seasonal flavors: Carrot Cake and For the Love of Lemon. Both were wonderful! My spouse ordered a full scoop of Jamocha Chaga Fudge. He was amazed and kept asking, "How did they make it so creamy?" The plant-based ice cream truly is "Plant Magic!" We will be back!“
“A nice quality old school drive through, simple burger and shake place that has never failed to meet my expectations. Highly recommendParking: It can be a little tight to park as this place shares parking with the surrounding business, never had an issue though on the weekend“
“Great spot with tons of brews. So many options. About 50 taps to choose from if you want to drink there, and more cans and bottles to go than you can imagine. Food trucks are typically outside for food while you're there. I'll be back!“
“Went to Mariners home opener and waited 30mins to see what the fuss was all about with their crab pizza....well they sold out at the game smh. Soooo I craved for it so the next afternoon decided to stop by here. Always wanted to try but when I first heard about this place you'd have to order months in advance. Anyhow long story short got the crab pizza and it's definitely worth it.“
“Who doesn't like salt and straw? The random concoctions they make up are so fun. The only downsides are the pricing. This location also has zero seating but I've found that to be pretty normal for most of their locations.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan options that are tasty as well“
“Molly moon's is my favorite ice cream place in cap hill! I always like their flavors. Tried the earl grey tea this time. My partner got the cookie dough. My only complaint about Molly Moon's is that the cookie dough is oatmeal cookie dough, which I hate, but that's a my preference kind of thing because my partner loves it. The servers are always helpful and kind and it's always busy. There are only a few places to sit inside so it's likely you'll need to take it to go, but you can always cross over to the park to enjoy it on a nice day!“
“Popped in here randomly one time and got a strawberry sando which was so delicious. BUT every time I try to come back it’s closed and I can’t find anything about their hours (googles are clearly incorrect)… like… when are yall open??“
“This stuff is great! Every flavor was solid and even the unusual flavor combinations were awesome. I will definitely be coming back to see their seasonal flavors. The guy helping us was also delightfully. Very welcoming, kind and patient. Made for an overall great experience.“
“Definitely try the food! We've tried the yakisoba and bulgogi beef and they were both very good. They are very creative with their spices which elevated both dishes and they were surprise hits. The cocktails are also great. I recommend the cold Giving tree. It's a really delightful cocktail. They also host a bunch of events (ex drag show bingo and water color painting classes) that are very fun. All in all, a great place to visit if you find yourself in Cap Hill!“
“This little ice cream/coffee shop was definitely worth the visit. The inside is clean and the aesthetic is charming. Ordering from the touch screen was fun, allowing us to customize our flavors. There were six-nine flavors of ice cream to choose from and tons of toppings! I got the cherry blossom with rainbow sprinkles and it was unique. I felt like the ice cream was almost too sweet and the aftertaste was really sugary, but I did enjoy the soft serve texture. I would be interested in trying their other flavors in the future!“
“This post deserves a SHARE and it’s public! I ventured out to Creamy Cone Cafe (a Black owned small business) for the first time today. The post about the grilled cheese on croissant bread with tomato soup got me. As soon as I walked in I wanted everything!!!! I started with ALL 12 of the flavors currently on hand, the grilled cheese w/soup, the peach cobbler à la mode and a brown sugar cookie that never made it home. My favorite flavors were Strawberry Shortcake, Banana Pudding, Mint Mud pie and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake. None of the flavors were displeasing and ALL of them I would order again. I love that you can taste the individual ingredients in the ice cream it’s self. You can absolutely tell these flavors are made with real fruit!! There was a vegan flavor and a non-dairy flavor that was tasty, something for everyone!!! I will be back often. I did want to point out, just because parking isn’t the greatest doesn’t mean don’t stop in. When you walk through the door it feels like family! Also, they have gift certificates. A win win!!! I’ll be buying some to give to people so they can experience the greatness as well. The list of current flavors are in the photos.“
“What a great, local establishment. You can’t go wrong with any of the sandwiches (the ham salad and the Irish breakfast sandwiches are my favorite). So many flavors of ice cream...all homemade. Locally made chocolates and an amazing assortment of European treats. The owners are so sweet and kind and their staff is always friendly and serves with a smile. Highly recommend (and take a half gallon of ice cream home with you)!“
“Went here a couple weeks ago and the vegan flavors were gas. Also the girl who worked there. I think her name was Nola she was incredible. The store was very clean and I loved the vibe it had. The forest berry flavor is amazing 9.69/10. Prices were a little high so my overall rating for this place is a solid 7.3 due to the high prices“
“I finally visited this cute little ice cream shop on Lake City Way. The bright colors of the exterior are very inviting and fun and the interior matches! When I walked up, there was a family with 2 kids enjoying their cones in the sunshine. I got such an amazing, chill vibe from this place and I definitely want to go back!! The staff are super friendly and will let you try something! They have a great selection and even offer ice cream cones for your doggos! If you haven’t tried them yet – I highly recommend it!! ~ Clarissa H.“
“I've had ice cream from this place before and really enjoyed it, but I just had the sweet potato creme brulee ice cream and it was one of the tastiest desserts I've ever had. Perfect amount of everything, perfect balance, so tasty, I just wish I had ordered a regular size instead of a small.“
“Seattle Sorbets is hands-on my fave sorbet! It's DELICIOUS and I love knowing I'm supporting a locally owned business! Every flavor, from champagne orange to raspberry merlot, is delectable. The perfect treat on hot and cold days alike.“
“Ok this is the best pizza I've had in Seattle!!! I loved the kiss'd, it tasted like typical meaty pizza flavors but way more elevated. The hot honey on top of the pizza pulled it all together. The crust was so crispy too!! I actually preferred it to Mr Pig. This pizza is heavy so come with an appetite. We shared both pizza's between a group of 4. The customer service here is also so nice. We originally arrived at 7pm on Saturday and saw a big sold out sign. While deciding our next food spot, the waitress kindly called out to us that they actually found a few extra pieces of dough and could serve us some pizza. We were so happy!! I would come earlier to make sure you get pizza tho!!“
“really good and tastes authentic but they misunderstood my remarks about my food I ordered on doordash for the rice and bean bowl and got a side drink of purple rice and beans ( they didn’t have the option of just purple rice) and told them to only add purple rice to the drink but this is they ended up adding only purple rice to my bowl too and left the drink the same as it wasregardless it’s a really good price and you can eat it for multiple meals“
“This place was recommended to me cause I was looking for fresh baked Panettone for my Grandpa he is Italian and said it was some the best Panettone he’s had. He’s 93 so he’s eaten a lot of Panettone in his time. I also tried it was very good! Definitely recommend Gelatiamo!!“
“(Visited on January 29, 2024)Vegan ? Ice Cream ?Try three flavors and choose brown sugar vanilla! There is an additional charge for the waffle cone - the price is expensive - it's good because it's not sweet, but the taste is so-so. (By my standards) The portion is large for the price, but I couldn't eat it all ?“
“These are the best cannolis I’ve had on the west coast!! The crust is fantastic. I grew up on cannolis and, while a bit different, these seriously scratched my perpetual itch for ricotta dessert cream.I only got the classic cream ones. I wish the cream was a bit more ricotta heavy! Maybe one day yall could do a “Sicilian” special?! A girl can dream!Current pick up option is funky, as noted, but also kind of fun!!! Felt like I was at a Japanese vending machine sort of.“
“Great selection of donuts. The staff was very friendly and filled up my kids water bottles for me. There is alot of available seating in a relatively small looking space, if you decide to eat in the location. There is not alot of parking, but since no one else was in, we found a space.“
“I went to the University of Washington Cherry Blossom Festival and there was a really long line so I tried it and it was really delicious!!The staff member was Korean, so I placed my order comfortably, and looking at the reviews, it seems that the person who took my order was the owner. All of my friends who went with me raved about how delicious it was, and I guess they baked the corn themselves, so it was really crispy and delicious!!Everyone, be sure to try the banana crunch!! I want to go again later. May the boss prosper ?“
“Been meaning to come here for ages and finally made it. And wow the chicken sandwich is amazing here!!! Possibly the best fried chicken sandwich in the city. We got both the Nashville and the Virginia Boy. Both were good but we liked the flavors and texture of the chicken on the Nashville one more. My only critique was I didn't feel like it was quite spicy enough for my preference. The line here was quite long for such a small place and seating is very hard to come by. A testament to its popularity! Definitely worth the effort to visit though for one of the best fried chicken sandwiches around!!Oh yeah the soft serve is pretty good too haha.“
“I need to talk about Lopez Island Creamery, the ice cream served at Shug's. It is absolutely the best ice cream I've ever had. We built a sundae with pistachio, coconut, and earl grey flavors, with sprinkles, cherries, and whipped cream (it was meant for a 4 year old, but dad & I ate most of it!!!). The ice cream is absolutely delicious .. creamy, not at all too sweet. Perfect! The space is very cute and cozy, overall a fun experience. My husband also ordered a Guinness float because how could you not, which he loved. After doing some digging, we sadly discovered we would only be treated to Lopez Island ice cream while here in Seattle. We will dream of it when we return home to the east coast!!“
“I have given the Salted Brown Butter crispy treats as holiday gifts to my best clients in Hawaii over the past 4 years! Diane and her team have gone above and beyond working with me, preparing the packages, and then shipping the over 600 treats to my office in Honolulu, always without a hitch. And of course my clients love them. So delicious. I highly recommend Street Treats. You will not be disappointed.“
“All I can say is yum! I loved the flavors I tried. Yeti was wonderful, especially with hot fudge on top. Service was fast and efficient. Fun stickers and T-shirts. I love that the employees can actually make a living wage. Try this place if you are in the area.“
“Giving 4 stars only because the prices are pretty out of control. I love the unique flavors and the everyday ones but the cost is prohibitive to me and I feel I can justify going only very occasionally for that reason. Wish vegan ice cream felt a little more accessible and affordable but I'm grateful to have them here.“
“Awesome gelato, with fun and classic flavours (such as amaretto, pistachio, chocolate, but also açai, and peanut butter+caramel+chocolate chip). The serving size was tasty and reasonably sized. The staff was super friendly and let us try the flavours we were interested in. The space is cozy and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also sell pints to-go and baked desserts.Vegetarian options: All ice cream options are vegetarianDietary restrictions: All vegetarian menu, and vegan sorbet optionsParking: Street parking available in front of the restaurantKid-friendliness: Kid friendly space with lots of seating“
“Lovely first timers, please just order 2 cheeseburgers or a Deluxe, get a fry, and if you are really feeling yourself get a milkshake. Don't forget to order ketchup before, cuz they charge. They do not allow substitution or mods so please do not ask. Keep the line moving and let me order my single cheeseburger and keep walking.“
“Came to Seattle with my friends, heard cold plate is a cool place. The shop is not big but space-full, I like the vibe here it gives a warm atmosphere during the winter. The rolled ice cream tastes amazing, we came in on the Wednesday night, was not expecting to have so many people ordering a head of us since it’s winter. There was only one worker, it was a quite a wait to get the ice cream but she really did a good job on all of our orders and managed to get them out as fast as she can. We loved the food and service. Would definitely come again sometimes during summer.“
“This place is delicious and very flavorful!! The owner is very sweet as well and made the shop very welcoming. I got the double scoop of raspberry and pannacotta which mixed very well together. The pannacotta is a must try! Also our scoops were HUGE so it was an amazing deal for its price! 10/10 recommend!“
“Came during a weekday, and to my surprise, there was no line. Every time I've been to this location, it's always busy. They brought back earl grey as a seasonal flavor. To my disappointment, it wasn't the same as I had remembered. I went with a different flavor, it was their vegan option and it was really good!“
“*I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. This place is a great spot to get solid real ice cream. Getting one scoop fills up the entire bowl which was a good amount of ice cream for one person IMO. We chose mocha chip and salted caramel. The mocha chip was ok, it was more chocolate than mocha which was disappointing I wanted a more coffee flavor from it, but the salted caramel was delicious, salty but not too sweet, and good texture. It's also good they pay employees a decent wage and don't ask for tips which is a plus!Definitely stop by if you feel like ice cream.Vegetarian options: Menu has labels for vegan and vegetarianDietary restrictions: The menu states what is gluten free and what's not.Parking: The street you have to pay for parking and it's really tight, but the neighborhood behind is free and has more space. If you live nearby, just walk, be easier.“
“I can't speak for the flavor but these are some of the most gorgeous cupcakes! I love that the frosting is not overwhelming like on most cupcakes. The woman working behind the counter was friendly and very helpful! 10/10 would come back again!“
“Pizza is not my first go to food choice but Moto Pizza is unlike any pizza I’ve ever tasted. It is truly unbeatable, remarkable and delicious. I promise you will be craving this pizza after you try it for the first time. It reheats beautifully in an Air Fryer. Lee, the owner/chef is also remarkable. Lee worked along side all his workers for endless hours at the BNP Paribas tennis tournament with a HAPPY HEART and smile on his face. We need Moto Pizza here in Palm Desert California.Vegetarian options: You have to try it to believe it.“
“I finally got the chance to try this spot after seeing it pop up everywhere since opening! They serve cultured gelato, which means that it has the tangy notes of froyo but the smooth texture of gelato. When we came they were doing girl scout cookie flavors! They were super kind and let us sample a ton of flavors - I tried the thin mint, coconut ube, lemonade, and marionberry. Ultimately I decided to get the thin mint and coconut ube in the smallest size. They PACKED that onto the cup - the first scoop was literally to the brim already, and the second was layered on top. Super appreciative of that, but I didn't end up finishing it all because it was so much haha. The thin mint was my favorite of the two, as it had less of that tangy aftertaste. The ube flavor was nice and prevalent, but the tang was quite strong and after a few bites I started to get more bothered by it. However, I would highly recommend getting the thin mint if you happen to stop by during this time. Service was so friendly and I would still very highly recommend this spot!“
