The Pastry Project Reviews
I just finished the vanilla bean scones from the pastry kit subscription. That was the best scone I have ever had. Delicious and beautiful! Thank you 😄😄😄

Based on the reviews, The Pastry Project is a cute order-at-the-window bakery in Pioneer Square. It is a favorite spot for icecream and pastries in the city, serving some of the best croissants in Seattle. The croissants are so buttery and flaky, and the ham and cheese croissant is one of the best in Seattle. Other popular items include the passion fruit pastry, which is the best pastry ever tried, the sea salt choc chip cookie, the cardamom coffee cake, the cloud cake with caramel drizzle, the cinnamon rolls, and the breakfast bread. The staff is friendly and nice. It is a takeout window with no seating. The line can get long, even on weekdays, and they tend to sell out, so get there early. They do not serve focaccia until 10:30, and soft-serve may be available during the summer months.
