Anyway, I wandered into Chuck's around 7PM in the evening. Picked out a few beers. Then found out they do a random grab bag of four beers of a certain type for a discount. I love being surprised and you're basically offering me a beer lootbox? Sold.

The guys at the register gave great suggestions to my friends that were there too.

“I don’t get the bad reviews.... This place is amazing. From the ice cream to the food. Of course it’s a bit pricey. It’s a small privately owned business. It’s not a chain. The owners are incredibly nice people. I’ve been going here for more than 20 years and I can’t say enough good things. It’s not their fault parking is limited. It’s Madison Park... They have continued to offer the best ice cream, food, and service even during unprecedented times. I bring my kids here, and have been going since I was a kid. Not many places left where you can share childhood memories with your children.“

“So I really wanted cookies when my buddies and I were on a bachelor party trip and they wanted ice cream, so I found out this place has cookie dough so while they got ice cream, I got insanely delicious cookie dough that only cost me $3.28 for THREE CHUNKS OF COOKIE DOUGH (see picture below, I ate one before I could even get my camera out). WHAT A STEAL. Anyways, the wedding was fun but the cookie dough will never be forgotten. 5/5.“

“Thank you Shirley. After a nice dinner, we were craving ice cream. We found Kwality Ice cream in Bellevue. This store has some very unique flavors from Pakistan and India along with traditional flavors. They have flavors like Rose, Kulfi, Saffron, Chicoo, Paan, Mango, Pistachio and more. When we went in, a young lady Shirley was working behind the counter. The owner was also present. As we waited our turn, the store got very busy. We were surprised that the owner abruptly left while Shirley was meticulously taking the orders and preparing them. She was overwhelmed with customers but she kept her smile and did a fabulous job. She took care of every single customer and everyone was happy. Didn’t hear anyone complain. She told us she had been working for just a week. Wow! Thank you Shirley for such a positive attitude and for taking care of us and others that came in today. The owner is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee working for him. I am giving a 5 star rating due to Shirley and the quality of ice cream. Sorry, the owner gets zero stars for leaving in a hurry and putting all the workload on Shirley's shoulders. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful).
