“The crumbl ordering app delivering system wasn’t great, we ordered for delivery twice and it said that it would be there within 30 mins. Didn’t arrive when it said they were on their way. We ended up calling the Lynwood crumbl store the first time it happened and Callie answered. We explained and she personally drove the cookies to our address because DoorDash never picked the order up. She gave us 2 free cookies on top of that! The second time, DoorDash didn’t pick tour order up again. We called again and Callie answered . Since she wasn’t able to deliver them to us, we picked them up and she gave us a refund for the cookies! She is so sweet and really took time to help out! Thank you Callie!!“

“I don’t get the bad reviews.... This place is amazing. From the ice cream to the food. Of course it’s a bit pricey. It’s a small privately owned business. It’s not a chain. The owners are incredibly nice people. I’ve been going here for more than 20 years and I can’t say enough good things. It’s not their fault parking is limited. It’s Madison Park... They have continued to offer the best ice cream, food, and service even during unprecedented times. I bring my kids here, and have been going since I was a kid. “I recently ordered a 2 day juice cleanse through Nekter. I accidently picked a week out but needed it next day. With a quick phone call the next morning a team member took care of my change without any fuss.

This store has some very unique flavors from Pakistan and India along with traditional flavors. They have flavors like Rose, Kulfi, Saffron, Chicoo, Paan, Mango, Pistachio and more. When we went in, a young lady Shirley was working behind the counter. The owner was also present. As we waited our turn, the store got very busy. We were surprised that the owner abruptly left while Shirley was meticulously taking the orders and preparing them. She was overwhelmed with customers but she kept her smile and did a fabulous job. She took care of every single customer and everyone was happy. Didn’t hear anyone complain. She told us she had been working for just a week. Wow! Thank you Shirley for such a positive attitude and for taking care of us and others that came in today. The owner is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and hardworking employee working for him. Pro tip: if you’re in a hurry, try ordering ahead. Orders usually take about 5-10 minutes to make depending what you’re asking for. It’s worth the wait!“
