“Ohh macarons is so scrumptious! I recommend them to friends, co-workers, family, and on my community Facebook page! I even brought them on a crosscountry plane for a picnic i was having with old college friends! I appreciate the regular menu (I always get a salted caramel), but I LOVE the rotating weekly flavors and designs! These macarons are a work of art...I'm not kidding, the special Derpy (K-PoP demon hunters character) macaron....well I bought 6: one for my and one each for my friends. One friend refused to eat it for over a week because it was too cute!! The drinks are delicious and the service from the owner and top notch.“

The ordering process was incredibly easy, communication was clear, and delivery was completely seamless—even though I wasn’t there in person. I simply shared the time, location, and onsite contact, and they handled the rest perfectly. And the desserts… wow. Our guests devoured the cannolis (not a single one left!), and our wedding cake was phenomenal. Since we live out of town, we brought the whole cake home as a carry-on, and it held up beautifully. The owner was very responsive, and arranging everything was easy from start to finish, starting with instructions on the website. There was no issue at all with a Friday morning pickup for a Monday order (which I thought might be too quick a pickup turnaround, but she said anything over 48 hours notice works), and pickup itself was smooth and simple. “I’ve always love Gran central bakery. I been a long time customer. After the disappointment episode at the Eastlake branch, I was very happy with this location. Food is delicious per usual. I love that they have Don Froyland grill cheese. A wonderful example of great quality ingredients while supporting local family own businesses. The manager that gave me a discount told me: “thank you for giving us another chance” which he didn’t have to say, but he did and that was very professional and polite. The cashier was very attentive and kind.
I’m not giving them 5 starts because they make your coffee and don’t let you know and because they’re busy, you can’t tell if you’re not in full attention for like 18 min lol so my coffee was cold and that’s okay, I’ll put more attention next time.
Parking is limited, but doable.“
