My favorite dessert of all time is the coconut chunk ice cream with an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie! Such an amazing Seattle staple and part of the community. Definitely recommend stoping by!
As I was walking through University Village I could smell the delicious aroma of fresh baked cookies. I literally couldn’t help myself and headed directly to “Hello Robin” cookies. I walked in the door and was pleasantly greeted by three super friendly cookie makers. I absolutely knew what I wanted as it's not my first visit to this amazing cookie shop.
