The BEST maple bacon donut in all of Seattle! Love the food, love the prices. The only thing I wish was different is that that they’d be open on Sunday’s :(

Despi Delite Bakery is an excellent spot with a wide variety of delicious treats. The donuts are excellent, and the selection of pastries includes guava strudel, ube croissant, and mango empanada. The ube filled donut is especially loved by many customers. The bakery offers Filipino cakes and pastries that are light and not overly sugary, reminiscent of home baking. Their breads, Turon, and cake rolls made with buttercream icing are divine. The butter bread practically melts in your mouth, and the cheese and coconut danishes are incredible. They use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of love into their baking, evident in their popular ube cake, which has a hint of coconut and is not too sweet, making it perfect for any celebration. The staff is friendly and very accommodating, even when customers need changes to their orders or last-minute pickups. While they may not be taking custom cake orders, it remains a great place for anyone looking for a delightful bakery experience in Seattle.
