The bakery items here are top notch. Absolutely beautiful baked goods and chocolates. Everything was delicious. Staff was nice and fairly quick service. No place to eat inside so you have to take out.
Assorted pastries (croissants, danishes, etc) we purchased were delicious and fresh. Very busy in a Saturday, but the line went fast. I'd put Bakery Nouveau among my top 3 French bakeries in Seattle. For the custom cake we ordered for a special occasion, the cake was well made, easy to order by phone, and ready on-time for pickup. I was lucky enough to have a friend bring me some almond croissants when he was visiting. I got pastries here years ago, and I had forgotten how large and flavorful they were. There's a nice crust on top and just the right amount of marzipan. Again, the croissants are huge. Definitely reheat them in the oven before consuming!
