The level of craftsmanship that goes into what they do is superhuman. I'm not exaggerating. Day after day after day, consistently turning out divine level baking and in soooo many forms is superhuman. If you had an old-world mom and pop shop where the couple was solely devoted to their craft and nothing else, including family, then you could get this level of baking but with nowhere near the range of baked goods. Finally, got to try Bakery Nouveau, a year after moving to this neighborhood. It really gives a perfect bakery vibe, great display of variety of desserts and sandwiches. I wish there is a small seating area to eat and hangout a bit.

Bakery Nouveau, Seattle—you’ve officially ruined every other bakery for me.
I first tried it in October 2023, and to this day I still can’t find the words to describe how incredible it was. Every bite tasted like it was made with passion, precision, and love. The pastries were perfectly flaky, the desserts were rich without being too sweet, and everything was unbelievably fresh.
