Seattle is a better city to live in because of Bakery Nouveau. They consistently work to improve and refine all the goods they make, it’s quite remarkable. Here are some things I love, and each one alone would be a reason to go. A true Seattle staple.

I am long overdue to write a review for Bekery Nouveau. This is my favorite bakery next to Temple and Coyle’s. All three are different for different reasons. What stands out to me are the

1. Double baked almond croissant. I like the crispy outside which pairs well with a latte. The richness of the filling which I believe is marzipan is robust and balanced

This place will always be my favorite. The twice-baked almond croissant—wow, so good. I’ve moved from Seattle, but I visit every month, and whenever I’m here, I have to stop by and grab some. I even take a few with me back to Dubai.
