I was charged a 50 Cent cup fee, and they wouldn’t let me use my mug that I brought with me.

While I appreciate the friendly service in a crowded terminal, I have a little gripe in the realm of first world problems. The Caffe is clueless about tea, which it serves way too strong, too hot and with no way to remove the teabag after the proper steeping time. My 16 oz cup cost $5.25, had 12 oz of water in it and was almost undrinkable because it had 2 giant teabags (enough for 36 oz of water). This is typical of coffee shops, sadly.
