The cashier was helpful and friendly. Selection was great. Prices awesome. One of the staff was short with me asking if I could get an item from her trays, instead of the shelf. A bit rude. Otherwise, a good experience.
Excellent customer service! I hadn't been there in awhile and didn't realize that they close at 5pm rather than 6pm, so I only had a few minutes to shop. The employee let me know very nicely, so I hurried, but didn't feel rushed. Still, she offered me an extra item from the free rack because I didn't have as much time to shop. Was very friendly as well!

Franz is the only gluten-free bread I like. Prices are half of grocery store prices, and some products are only available here.Sadly, they've discontinued the gluten-free dinner rolls and gluten-free bagels.
