Hands down some of the best bread I've ever had. The artisanal quality makes every bite savory and special. The family who runs the business is friendly, and truly cares about the fine art of making bread with traditional European methods. You will be hard pressed to find a better tasting loaf of bread, pastry, or cookie in the PNW.
We have tried every type that they bring to the Proctor market and they are all 5 stars. We are dieting so we can't buy the bread because we truly can't handle not eating a loaf on the way home.
