Certified gluten glutton here. BRBC reminds me of my favorite bakery in Copenhagen (Hart) where my mission was to try everything on the menu. Their breads are divine intervention. Love this spot!
I had the cinnamon roll, chocolate croissant and an oat milk mocha.They were all delicious. We also got some of the sourdough English muffins! They are the fluffiest English muffins, I have ever seen, I can't wait to try them. The customer service way so friendly!
Best bakery in the Seattle area. Unfortunately they are open only Saturday and Sunday mornings and their Tacoma location closed. They also only sell certain items on Saturday (not Sunday) and when they run out, they don't make more so if you want more selection, you should visit Saturdays. I wish they made more of the lemon cruffins. No one else makes them, they are so good and they run out so fast Saturday mornings. But all the bakery treats I've had there are amazing...
