“On two occassions I arrived at the Sumner location about five minutes from their posted closing time, once on a Thursday night and the second on a Friday evening after a high school basketball game. The open sign and interior lights were on but when I entered the manager said it was too late to order even though it was before their posted closing time. Very rude manager who cared nothing about his customers and solely about getting out of there. Unlike any other Jimmy John's I have gone too.“

“The staff is always busy but friendly when I've stopped by. Restaurant is a little unkempt at times, never had any issues with my orders. My big point of contention is the bread. Consistently under-proofed, leading to wrinkly, rubbery loaves that harden beyond consumption within hours of being out of the bread cabinet. Photo of said wrinkle-bread attached.“

“This is, in my opinion as of 2/5/25 the best subway in the area. They make the sandwiches like they care about making food ( IE they toast the bread, and make a good proportional sandwich, preparing online orders accurately). So to whoever works at this subway right now I want you to know that I think you are doing it right. Keep caring about what you make and I will keep buying it.“

“Listen, I’m a sucker for a hole-in-the-wall spot for a sandwich and a cup of coffee, but Joe’s is more than that to me. I’ve been coming here regularly for 5 years to hide from the world and quietly munch food. I’ve brought clients, coworkers, and friends here, eaten everything from omelettes and pancakes to BLTs and salads. It’s always great, it’s always fast, and it’s always friendly. They know me here and that’s enough for me, Joe’s is excellent.“

“I absolutely LOVE this location! Best in the state IMO! Some of the staff even know me by name which is probably bad but feels good!

I’ve only ever had one goof where someone put lettuce in my chipotle cheesesteak bowl (I don’t eat bread) which definitely sucked but every other experience has been amazing! They’re always friendly and efficient and the food is typically very good quality whereas I have had very negative experiences at the one in Lakewood and further up Meridian here in Puyallup. There’s a reason we go back to this location time and again!“

“These guys are great! They accidentally messed up on ONE of the sandwiches I ordered. I called to let them know, my name was taken and so on. The manager called me like two days later and was like he's so sorry and I have two large sandwiches on the house!!! Thats unheard of especially Nowadays.“

“The owners are like family! They lived in my old neighborhood where they owned & managed the Subway location in Des Moines. They have relocated and their customer service still remains extraordinary! Their atmosphere is always inviting & peaceful with many seats to please. The perfect oasis for a “single mom” getaway that allows free AC & WIFI. “Friend my staff but busy“

“I’ve been going to this Jersey Mike’s a out once a week for about 7 or 8 months. 9/10 times, they get everything perfect, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. A week or so I went in, realized I misread a coupon, and they still honored it and took care of me. They even went as far as to clue me in on a separate promotion they were running and allowed me to take advantage of it. Great service, wonderful staff, and amazing subs. They are definitely a sub above.“

“I am actually extremely impressed. I haven't been impressed by a subway since I worked at one 7 years ago. 😅
But this was great, the people worked together well, got my food super fast, sandwiches tasted great, they followed orders extremely well, all the topping tasted amazing. I do not have 1 bad thing to say, they even spread the cheese properly so it covered the whole sandwich and not just in the Crack. I got my sandwiches at around 4pm. 10/10 will come back here again. Great job“

“Yeah this wasn't too bad I really like the girl in there she was good employee had a lot of meat on my sandwich was I've been the worst place is so this is pretty good and the pricing to be reasonable for a double meat 250 with tax for just to meet so cool problem there is that the sun is glaring in at 9 at night and they need to I need some shades or a lot of tinting.

Vegetarian options: Yeah they have a business. I guess you didn't even get a vegan Patty if you want you want meet like stuff.

“We've been going to this Subway for over a year now so I felt like they deserved a shout out. We order our sandwiches in advance on the app about once a month. The sandwich artists have always been on top of it & we've never had any complaints. The sandwiches are always done properly.

The staff has always been polite & the restaurant is clean.“

“Stopped in on a whim, we were headed to Arby's...but had never tried Jimmy-Johns. So we went for it. What a surprise...The staff inside were awesome young people. They were actually happy at their job, the place was spotless, super attentive, polite without it feeling artificial...wow, it was really cool to feel good about sitting in a sandwich shop as goofy retired folks, and yet feel special. I had gone without my contact lenses, and they provided me with 3 different versions of a menu so I could pick what helped me see it the best. Thank you to this Fife store for the helpful workers, I felt very comfortable eating at your place that evening.“
