Ordered a Gargantuan. They forgot to cut it. They Immediately fixed it. One of the best tasting sandwiches I’d had in a long time.The air conditioner was blasting, which was so refreshing on that particular day when Washington was closest to the sun.Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, looking forward to going back sometime.
I had the greatest, most heart warming experience at Jimmy John’s tonight. A older customer came into your location that was both blind and deaf. He was having a hard time finding his way to the counter, got turned around near the bathroom, and then it came time to order. The young gentleman at the counter was a pro, I would have assumed helped this customer 100 times.
