We have been here twice so far. Both times have been very busy, and wait times were pretty long. What people need to understand is that when a new business opens- especially in Puyallup, and in Sunrise Village of all places, it’s going to be VERY busy. The staff has been friendly and professional every time, and the manager is working his tail off. I had never had firehouse subs before…and now this is one of my favorite sandwich places! Let’s cut them some slack people!...read full review
Sandwich is good, sauces are good, staff is friendly... just... it is very very slow. And there seems to be a lot of employees here too. Will probably try again maybe at a slower time(?)
Really enjoyed my experience at Firehouse Subs ,The sandwich was fresh, packed with flavor, and the portions were great. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely one of those places I’d come back to when I’m craving a good sub. Highly recommend.

Firehouse Subs Sunrise Village Puyallup is a busy and popular restaurant that offers fresh and flavorful sandwiches. Despite the long wait times, especially when the restaurant is new and in a busy location like Sunrise Village, the staff is consistently friendly and professional. The manager is noted to work very hard to ensure good service. Customers appreciate the quality of the food, with many describing the sandwiches as fresh, packed with flavor, and served in generous portions. The fries are often highlighted as hot and crispy, making them a favorite side. Some reviews mention that the variety of sandwich choices is good, though there is no option to create your own.
However, there are some concerns about the speed of service, with some customers experiencing slow wait times, even with many employees present. The acoustics in the restaurant are poor, making it difficult to hear conversations or order calls, which can affect the dining experience. When dining in, food is brought to the table, but the noisy environment might make conversations challenging. Restrooms are clean and unisex, with a single toilet in each.
There have been some issues with the accuracy of sandwich orders, with initial mistakes in meat and toppings, though a subsequent visit was met with friendly customer service and order remakes. Overall, customers find the food good and the staff friendly, and many look forward to returning, especially after positive experiences with online ordering and quick pickup.
