Like really really overcooked. So I gave them three stars for that for food. I have heard this location is supposed to be the best, so I will try them once more. One of the nurses had told me to go here for lunch break because he can get authentic Mexican food. After that, I have not gone anywhere else. “Today I ordered pizzas from my favorite pizza spot, Mod Pizza at 10427 Gravelly Lake Dr SW, Suite 102, Lakewood, WA 98499. I got all my pizzas home, 4 in total, and dropped one. It flipped out of the box and fell face down on the ground. I called the store and spoke to Natalie. I told he about my dilemma and asked if they do pizza forgiveness like another well-known pizza restaurant. I wouldn’t have been upset if they didn’t. But to my surprise, Natalie graciously agreed to remake/replace the pizza which I had dropped free of charge. I really appreciated her kindness, professionalism and dedication to satisfying the customer even though she didn’t have a responsibility to do so. “Tried the breakfast scramble, I bought sausage and chicken scrambles, I couldn't decide which one I wanted. They were both very good. I used salsa and avocado dressing on it. That really made it another level of flavors. The service was great, always friendly. The bowls are not filled all the way ( bummer) so depending on appetite a second one to fill it up may be needed or the little chicken sliders on the side.“

My girlfriend and I each ordered fish and chips with a cup of chowder. We both thought everything was outstanding. Our only complaint was that the pieces of fish were smaller than we expected. Everything was really good, but I wish I had ordered more taro with that nice thick and creamy pe’e (coconut cream). This was a $30 meal. I only asked for about 1/3 bowl of Fe’e since I was going to be on the road for a long time. Some people complain about the price but prices have gone up everywhere. A couple of sides is what’s going to drive prices higher. Even when I go to my favorite Hawaiian restaurants, I’ll order a plate lunch and then extra Mac Salad, a drink, maybe some poke and bada boom bada bang it’s at least $30.Lupo Ka not at all! $30.00.I didn’t get a whole bowl of Faiai Fe’e. The price of food is very expensive everywhere. A can of coconut milk is like $3.00 and the price of rice keeps going up. I think when we are used to eating Samoan food for free and especially if you were raised in Samoa where coconuts, taro and fe’e are free, it’s seems crazy to pay so much money. A renovation, while keeping the styling, must be a priority.“

I ordered the chicken and brie sandwich, while my mom had the French onion soup, and we both loved our dishes.
