“One of the nicest Subways you’ll ever visit - just the opposite of a Subway you will find in a gas station. My sandwich artist was very meticulous in assembling my sub. And just the opposite of the actions of the sandwich artist I had at another Subway in the area on Monday. Today, the sandwich artist took his time and gave me plenty of veggies along with the meat. So refreshing to come across an employee who actually cares to do his job well!“

“The workers here are mostly great! But WHAT is playing on the speakers? Everytime we go it's some story/plot/audiobook/something with sometimes rather disturbing narratives and pretty dramatic music. I feel like I'm feuling up to save middle-earth from Sauron's dominion everytime I eat a sandwich here.“

“We have been here a few times and took my teenager to experience their delicious subs. He is a meatball sub fiend and completely DEVOURED his sub. The Purple Haze sub is out of this world! My boyfriend got the Seattle Blues sub and his mind was blown. Afterwards, my boyfriend and son got the House and Butterfinger shake and they were incredible. The service is always wonderful and the staff are so kind. We live in Tumwater and we will go out of our way to eat here. This place is wonderful and highly recommend!“

“Big shout out to Sam. He truly does an amazing job keeping the lobby clean, checking in with each table to make sure they have everything needed. Sam has conversations with us every visit even remembered my sister went on vacation two months ago! He makes my kids feel noticed by remembering their names while he offers them a stamp. Even when customers do not have the best attitude towards him he always seems to have a positive attitude back. Overall I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant, playground and bathrooms. The team at this Chick-fil-A has been doing an amazing job!“

“I think I've spent the latter half of my teen years at this 5 guys location. Sometimes coming in 3 times a week, others once a month, or every other month. But I always come back here, I'd come after highschool, or after coming out of doctors appointments, I'd come on days to celebrate, and days full of sadness, and when I didn't come here, I or someone I knew ordered it for me to make me feel better. After surgeries, after my highschool graduation, after a car crash, after my flights home. I've stayed here. And I've seen plenty of staff come and go, and I've never had any issues with them. On the contrary because everyone has always been so sweet and helped make my time there feel special. Their foods great, the people are great, the music is great. 5 guys is a classic place, a reliable one to keep coming back to over and over again, for any kind of day. Not many people I know have ever been to 5 guys, but everyone knows how much I love it. And everyone I've introduced to 5 guys has loved it too. So if you're thinking about trying it I'd say do it, just be careful or you'll end up like me and ask for it 24/7.“

“The sandwiches are really good & we love the rosemary parmesan bread. However, why can't some people follow simple instructions? On multiple occasions I've ordered online and under the giant sandwich instructions I indicate "Cut into THREE (3) EQUAL sections. Three people are sharing this." Today I also added the same instructions (referring to the giant) under Special Instructions for the order at checkout. After all of this, it's still cut into 4 sections! So annoying. Now to figure out how to re-cut this into 3 sections without making someone have such an extra small section that falls apart? I know there are bigger problems in the world, but this could've been so easy! 🤪“

I really loved that there was a hot sauce bar too, which I took advantage of on the way out the door with my sandwiches. We wound up coming to Firehouse Subs twice more during the week that we were in town. Hopefully there are Firehouse Subs locations in Seattle... I better check!“

“Went here to eat with my wife and kids. The lady at the register was awesome, and patient. I didnt catch her name but she went above and beyond. Thats the kind of stuff you look for in service. We were shorted 1 nugget and she made it right immediately. The food was hot, served fast and was worth the money to feed my hungry gremlins“

“Typical expectations for a DFAC. Coffee is present hot and sometimes cold, both expresso/latte machines are usually down 80% of the time. Good omelet bar and dual self-service lines are helpful in keeping the wait time very low. With the crazy price of fruit, the fresh fruit bar is a steal. For the breakfast price of a little more than $4, it's a great option that's about 1/3 what you'd spend buying breakfast at Starbucks or whatever.

Kid-friendliness: I've seen some soldiers bring kids, so they seem welcome, but its a eat house, so no horse play.

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door buttons and the entire facility is on a flat surface. I'm sure food service soldiers would assist in preparing plates as well if needed.“

“The bread was ok, not real tasty. Pretty small size for the price. A sign on the counter said to tell the sand which crew what you want on the sand which, listed all their veggies, etc. when I finished paying and getting change, the sandwhich was getting wrapped. No chance to ask fore anything. Came with tomatoe and lettuce. Slathered with mayo and made the veggies slide out when biting into the thing. Won't be back.“

“I went to Arby's this evening to what I expected to be a quick grab and go. It turned out to be a little longer than what I had anticipated. There was a reason behind this. They were short staffed and surprisingly busy for a typical Tuesday evening. There were only two people working when I showed up. Their names are Sonja and Jonathan. Let me tell you about these two! They were such a great team, trying to push out several orders, making sure everyone had what they ordered. They were very apologetic and rushing from the front to the back to take the orders, cook, and prep. I also noticed that they had door dash orders. So, not only were they fixing people's orders that were there, but orders from online. They stayed professional, calm, pleasant, respectful while being put under pressure of a rush they didn't expect. Arby's manager as well as Arby's franchise should be proud to have them working for them. They are great! I'll be glad to go back. Thanks Sonja and Jonathan for setting a great example of hard work and teamwork! And yes, my order was correct and hot! ?“

“I frequent this Pizza Hut pretty often over the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The manager Zack and his staff are always so kind and courteous which to me, is astonishing due to the fact that Pizza Hut is such a large chain.

The quality and staff keep me a satisfied and returning customer.“

“Just moved into the area and I feel like I moved nearby the best McDonald's ever! First time I went here, I dined in for breakfast with a couple other people. The food came out exceptionally hot & fresh. The young man that brought our food over had excellent customer service skills, even asking if he could grab us ketchup or anything else. Since then I've hit the drive thru twice (just for coffee & pie) and every employee I've interacted with is dripping with sweetness! Believe me, I will become a regular customer!“

“I had a great experience last Thursday at this location. So refreshing compared to my negative experience at another location. As soon as I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. The floor, the tables, the seats, the food and condiments. And then the customer service was GREAT!!! Zyana and Avery, both greeted me as soon as I entered. I was even asked how my day had been. The customer service and cleanliness alone will bring me back. Not to mention that the sandwiches tasted the best that I've had from Subway in years.

“Yesterday I ordered a Fresh & fit footlong, unfortunately not what I got at all. It was a little after 4 pm & the young man that was working looked disgruntled ( maybe a hard day I thought, I know I wasn’t having the greatest day).Got our sandwiches & unfortunately they weren’t edible, however my dog did eat her meatball sub. Came back today to discuss a refund or replacement and Amatheris ( not sure if I spelled right) sorry… Was super kind and made a beautiful sandwich for me. The other employees were very sweet as well & even gave me a cookie-Definitely redeemed & I’m so glad because I often get sandwiches in am for my lunch at school for later.

Probably won't come back because it made checking out a little awkward and I felt very pushed in to making a review. I reccomened when asking for a review to not push so hard on getting one on the spot. Most customers won't appreciate being pushed to make a review. Again he was nice and sandwhich was great but the approach needs to be different. I Will just stick to the one in Tillicum or on the military installation just to avoid the awkwardness honestly.“
