“One of the nicest Subways you’ll ever visit - just the opposite of a Subway you will find in a gas station. My sandwich artist was very meticulous in assembling my sub. And just the opposite of the actions of the sandwich artist I had at another Subway in the area on Monday. Today, the sandwich artist took his time and gave me plenty of veggies along with the meat. So refreshing to come across an employee who actually cares to do his job well!“

Everytime we go it's some story/plot/audiobook/something with sometimes rather disturbing narratives and pretty dramatic music. “Came in to grab a sandwich after work on June 24. The two kids working were absolutely swamped with online orders and were struggling to get everything done at a decent pace, but they did a fantastic job for it being just the two of them. The girl who made my sandwich was clearly under a lot of stress but still took the time to make sure my order was correct and was very apologetic about the wait time. From what I had gathered they had called their manager to send in help, but I was there nearly 45 minutes and nobody ever showed up. I was going to give a lower rating but I couldn’t bring myself to because these kids absolutely killed it. In the future, staff your restaurant!“

“I went to Arby's this evening to what I expected to be a quick grab and go. It turned out to be a little longer than what I had anticipated. There was a reason behind this. They were short staffed and surprisingly busy for a typical Tuesday evening. There were only two people working when I showed up. Their names are Sonja and Jonathan. Let me tell you about these two! They were such a great team, trying to push out several orders, making sure everyone had what they ordered. They were very apologetic and rushing from the front to the back to take the orders, cook, and prep. I also noticed that they had door dash orders. So, not only were they fixing people's orders that were there, but orders from online. They stayed professional, calm, pleasant, respectful while being put under pressure of a rush they didn't expect. Arby's manager as well as Arby's franchise should be proud to have them working for them. They are great! I'll be glad to go back. Thanks Sonja and Jonathan for setting a great example of hard work and teamwork! And yes, my order was correct and hot! ?“

“Typical expectations for a DFAC. Coffee is present hot and sometimes cold, both expresso/latte machines are usually down 80% of the time. Good omelet bar and dual self-service lines are helpful in keeping the wait time very low. With the crazy price of fruit, the fresh fruit bar is a steal. For the breakfast price of a little more than $4, it's a great option that's about 1/3 what you'd spend buying breakfast at Starbucks or whatever.

Kid-friendliness: I've seen some soldiers bring kids, so they seem welcome, but its a eat house, so no horse play.

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door buttons and the entire facility is on a flat surface. I'm sure food service soldiers would assist in preparing plates as well if needed.“

“I don't live in the area, was in Lakewood for a play. I got the Mod Salad--a lot of food, really fresh! Love the fresh basil & pesto drizzle! Appreciate diced tomatoes for salad--easier to eat. Sorry there were no cucumbers that day, but pleased with variety of veggies. The young woman who made the salad was very friendly and upbeat, which added to the shine on dining there.“

“Since we discovered MOD we haven't had pizza from anywhere else. We love the fact that we can get unlimited anything. It is about the same price for two totally different individual pizzas as it is when getting a medium pizza that you compromise on anywhere else“

“The sandwiches are really good & we love the rosemary parmesan bread. However, why can't some people follow simple instructions? On multiple occasions I've ordered online and under the giant sandwich instructions I indicate "Cut into THREE (3) EQUAL sections. Three people are sharing this." Today I also added the same instructions (referring to the giant) under Special Instructions for the order at checkout. After all of this, it's still cut into 4 sections! So annoying. Now to figure out how to re-cut this into 3 sections without making someone have such an extra small section that falls apart? I know there are bigger problems in the world, but this could've been so easy! 🤪“

I really loved that there was a hot sauce bar too, which I took advantage of on the way out the door with my sandwiches. We wound up coming to Firehouse Subs twice more during the week that we were in town. Hopefully there are Firehouse Subs locations in Seattle... I better check!“

“I frequent this Pizza Hut pretty often over the last 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The manager Zack and his staff are always so kind and courteous which to me, is astonishing due to the fact that Pizza Hut is such a large chain.

“Went through the drive thru late on Saturday night because it was surprisingly empty. And, the workers were very patient with me taking a long time to order. They were very punctual on their end and I had an all around great experience. However, the only thing I can complain about is the nacho fries that came in my order was not that warm at all, or possibly even undercooked.“
