This panda is one of the worse ones I've been to. I'm not expecting the staff to be sunshine and rainbows but they always seem to be extremely down.
The food tastes fine, but the fried rice and chicken is almost never hot. They aren't cold, but they are below warm. I've been here maybe thirty times in eight years, and this has been a recent issue.
