“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

“I love this 5 guys in Olympia. Everyone is extremely kind and the service is impeccable. They will give you a water cup and free peanuts which is a good touch and shows they truly care about their costumers. The food and quality is so amazing that I go there every time i’m in olympia. “I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this location- The staff ante incredibly friendly and helpful with always a good attitude.
There was a minor little wait and they gave us a card saying that we could have any free treat and apologize for the way even though it wasn’t that long 🫶🏻
And there was one time where my gas cap was open, and one of the staff came out and closed it for me- Which was incredibly nice.
The food is always delicious and good, Never have any complaints after I leave here 🤗“

“Went here to eat with my wife and kids. The lady at the register was awesome, and patient. I didnt catch her name but she went above and beyond. Thats the kind of stuff you look for in service. We were shorted 1 nugget and she made it right immediately. The food was hot, served fast and was worth the money to feed my hungry gremlins“

“Ive been here about 10 times. The food is good for fast chinese food, but the flavors are just a little short. The service is good but not very friendly. They seem like they need 1 more person cooking as there are a few people who had to wait for things that have run out on many of my visits.“

“My experience at this store was elevated by Kathy, the server who prepared my sandwich. It was a pleasure to watch her assemble it with such care and attention, almost like an artist at work. You could genuinely tell she put thought and care into it, as it tasted excellent.

“To be fair I haven't had their food yet. But I placed an order on a night in which the whole area lost power shortly after. I was dreading having to call them the next day to request a refund and getting the run-around. To my surprise I woke up to a voicemail apologizing and letting me know that they refunded my order. Clearly management is good people.“

After waiting for a tow truck for 2+ hours, I realized I wasn't going to be able to get to JJ's anytime soon so I called to see if they would be willing to deliver my order instead. While that's not something they can normally just do, they figured out a way to make it happen and made me a fresh order (the original order was 2+ hours old) and delivered it directly to me. Now that's good customer service.“
