We finally had our moment where we had enough time together on a Tuesday thru Friday between 11am and 6pm in the area to go to Van's and it did not disappoint. Can safely say it was the best burger/fries/chocolate shake experience I've had in years. Perfect. 10 out of 10. We will be back“

“First time eating at Hotstone during a lunch outing. I spent a couple years living in S. Korea, so know the food pretty well. I tried the Bulgogi Bi Bim Bap bowl and my family tried also spicy pork Bi Bim Bap bowl. All three were served in the Dolset (hot stone) bowl. I prefer the traditional stainless bowl during the warmer weather months. Hotstone did not have that option though. Typically, the Bi Bim Bap bowls are served with a mixture of vegetable along with the meat and rice (Bap). As you can see in my photos, there is only meat and rice. My mistake for not ordering the regular version. The Bulgogi flavoring was very good and rice was nice and soft. Side Kimchi, cucumber Kimchi and radish were good, but I have had better. Overall, the food was tasty but missing vegetables that would have made it much better. Our server was very friendly. We parked near the lake and walked to the restaurant.“

“Amazing food, massive portions and a decent price. 3 people ate like kings for under 200$, including 2 meals of take away leftovers. The vegan poutine was tasty and delightful, the fish perfect and moist. The fried polenta delightful. The fried pickles were crisp AND juicy. Evry single portion was generous and tasty, with textures and spices perfectly blended.“

“Food A+ perfectly cooked generous 12oz NY steak & Blackened rockfish! Flavor excellent on all sides. Server A+, this was our first visit and Victoria helped with all our questions like family. After ordering the wait for food was long but we were in no hurry. It would have been nice to have something to nibble on. We hadn’t expected the wait so we didn’t order bread or salad, everything is extra. The place could use something acoustic to cut the noise a notch, simply voices overwhelm the place. Music from the venue next door wasn’t a distraction, it was fine. Parking can be difficult. All in all, we will be back for the A+ parts make it way worth the visit.“

“This tavern is a gem. The food is cooked with care and you can tell when you get it. The brussel sprouts are a huge hit at any time. I tried a "special" called the CodFather yesterday with a hand battered piece of cod, topped with fresh sliced pastrami and some cheese on a slathering of coleslaw on a bun. It absolutely works!“

“We went yesterday for lunch. sat in the bar and had the best service and the food was amazing. We ordered the King crab boil, steamed clams, cup of chowder and oyster shooters. I didn't get our bartender/servers name but her mom was a treat to meet too. By far, the best time I've had there.“

My friend ordered the beef bulgolgi. We were both surprised at the fast service and generous portions. “We just celebrated our engagement this past Saturday and it was absolutely wonderful. My fiancé and I stopped by a couple months ago to check it out and we're immediately greeted by the owners and shown around. Cher was fantastic to work with and I love the touches you can add to make your event special. We brought in a few of our own decor pieces and had the patio area out back. PLENTY of space, kid-friendly, and the walk up bar is such a nice touch. We ordered a variety of appetizers and a fruit platter in advance for the event which was such a great idea. Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. The staff was fantastic and attentive. Oh! And everyone loved the food. I love that there is a deviled egg on the app menu. The gochujang wings are so yummy and they make a mean club. I saw some burgers floating around that looked awesome as well. There are so many fun touches and I love the communal vibe. “I’m not sure if she was the owner or a staff member, but the woman who took our order had such bright, positive energy and was very friendly. I really appreciated how attentively she took care of us throughout our visit. We ordered the spicy stir-fried squid(오징어볶음) at level 3(spice levels range from 0 to 5) and galbitang(갈비탕). Some people might find it unusual that the galbitang comes with egg, but this style does exist in Korea. I especially remember having it quite often a long time ago. Overall, the side dishes and everything we had were not too salty and suited my taste perfectly. Our first visit was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I normally don’t do reviews but i need to today. I come to this stand a lot and I’m always greeted well. Everyone is always so amazing. I went in yesterday because I’ve been having a rough couple of days and decided I wanted a treat. The guy taking my order asks me how I was doing and I responded how I was having a rough time. He was incredibly kind. Normally I don’t really talk like that but yesterday I decided to be honest. I go to pay and he tells me he is covering it. I truly hope this doesn’t get him in trouble but I cried on my way home. Last week for me as been really challenging mentally and it’s been a lot. A simple act of kindness. It meant everything. I never got his name but if the staff reads these. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. Also my coffee is of course is delicious as they always make my coffee drinks exactly how I want it. Forever will go to this Dutch bros. Y’all are amazing people.“

“Whenever we travel through Olympia or spend a little time there, the Tiny Taproom at Whitewood is a must stop. They make incredible ciders and there is something for everybody. Situated right next to a pod of food trucks, so there's always something tasty to nosh on if you need a bite. 10/10, we love Whitewood!“

“I always make it a point to go to Row when in town on business. Staff is always good and so is the food. But, today was different. Long day at work for an audit. I had a raging headache. Sat at the bar, ordered a dirty martini from Tyler. He did the usual follow up. I told him, long day, just chilling, keep the glass full, and I’ll let you know the rest. He understood the assignment. “Great selection of beer of many different styles. If you can't find something you like on tap, there is a wall of beer in the fridge to choose from. The bottles and cans in the fridge can be consumed either on-premises or taken home. Very chill locale.“

“The food was very fresh and so flavorful, my husband had a carne asada torta he absolutely loved the fresh bread it was a packed sandwich. I don’t eat meat much so they custom made me a meatless torta the beans are so good and the bread. My son had a chicken quesadilla and we all shared an order of potato taquitos. Yes we like to eat and everything was delicious. We took our order to go and drove 7 miles back home the food was still very warm. Well be visiting again.“

“I had an amazing experience with my recent visit to the Westside Olympia Crumbl store. I had an extremely large order that was placed online the day prior for 52 cookies. I arrived at the store a few minutes after 8 am when the store opened. The employee working, Brittney, was fantastic. She was the only employee working, and didn’t bat an eye when she saw my order details. She was efficient and accurate ensuring my order was complete. Brittney was genuinely friendly, engaging and provided excellent customer service. I have worked in healthcare customer service field for 40 years, and can say that Brittney is professional and is focused on customer service. Working with the public is not easy and can be taxing at times. Genuine care, and the desire to help others is not something that can be taught. You either have it or you don’t. Brittney has it and Crumbl is lucky to have her. Bonus, the cookies tasted amazing and my staff loved them!“

They offer daily specials, a pool table, and a small outdoor area. While it might not be the fanciest spot in town, it's a great place to unwind and have a good time with friends.“

“FLAVOR BOMB !! I had the Al Pastor (no beans) burrito. Insanely good marinated pork with pineapple in a burrito. The sweet with some heat. The perfect combo. And the thing is huge. Has to be over 2 lbs. The staff is friendly and full of smiles. The food is fresh and full of flavor. Now I have to drive all the way from the west side for my burrito.
