“I honestly come here all the time. The pad thai is made fresh and fast. Its delicious and you can add different proteins. I always add chicken. Again, so darn good. The only place I go for pad thai. I have been to other Thai restaurants around here and nothing compares to this food truck. Also, I am not a topped veggie fan but the way everything comes equipped and flavored I eat every darn drop. He started making Thai coffee and added it to the menu which is fantastic. Its pretty good. My only thing is its a to go kinda place. Not a super great area to just sit and eat due to the surroundings. If he ever got a restaurant in the future I would be there. Excellent service as well. Zero complaints. Love this spot!
Parking: You have to enter the parking on 4th avenue. There are plenty of spots usually.“

“Flavor was amazing. Had the Shawarma. Only criticism is that the paper wrapping needs to be better. Otherwise, I'd suggest having a fork handy to finish it off. The fried cauliflower was excellent too, stayed hot even on a cool day. Friendly staff too.“

“The food was very fresh and so flavorful, my husband had a carne asada torta he absolutely loved the fresh bread it was a packed sandwich. I don’t eat meat much so they custom made me a meatless torta the beans are so good and the bread. My son had a chicken quesadilla and we all shared an order of potato taquitos. Yes we like to eat and everything was delicious. We took our order to go and drove 7 miles back home the food was still very warm. Well be visiting again.“

“Excellent tacos. Carnitas were bomb, would recommend.I've been going back a few times in 2023 after finding it on a trip in 2022. Each time I loop past Olympia I end up at this truck.There is covered seating. Biggest downside is it's right next to the road, very accessible.“

“Leaving a review since it surprised me. I must have come when the meat was freshly cooked because all my tacos were really good. For me you have to have well seasoned meat, a good salsa and good tortillas for tacos to be good. This place hit all those categories for me. I got the asada, cartitas and pastor. All super tender. They're tacos de olbligo so they're not huge. Street taco sized. Giving 4 stars because I would have liked more meat in each taco.“
