It's so good.I had the best pizza I've ever had when I visited Italy a few years ago and ever since then I've been obsessed with trying to find something similar at home. I've been making my own pizzas at home and trying different local pizza places searching for the perfect margherita. A great margarita pizza should be light and refreshing, perfectly balancing the flavors of the dough, tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil. “Excellent service, delicious food and a great price. We stopped here on our way to the airport and had queso birria tacos and a massive burrito. The spices sauces were SPICY and the service was top notch. Highly recommend if you’re in the area looking for a quick meal. We will definitely be back to try the whole menu.“
“This is my new favorite spot. I work long hours and night shift so I came to get Tacos for lunch for work. I am way too tired to cook. “This great local food truck has quickly grown into becoming one of my favorite places to eat. The beef/lamb shawarma is one of the best single things to eat in Olympia, with tons of flavor and depth, and the seasoned potatoes are delicious. The pita is fluffy and good, and the hummus is excellent, as well. Always get some garlic sauce and hot sauce on side. Small menu but everything is excellent.“

“We used Nineveh as a caterer for a big birthday party. They catered for 100 people and the food was exceptional. We did the Shawarma Bar and it was affordable and delicious and provided more than enough food for what we needed. Everyone raved about it and wanted to know where we got the good. Delivery was easy, communication was a breeze, and again - amazing food! We had contemplated other catering options in Olympia and I really think that Nineveh has everyone beat for both price and quality.“

I've been going here for years and recommend it for a night you don't know what to eat or a quick lunch downtown Olympia.You can call ahead to save yourself time.This is a taco truck. The atmosphere is a food truck village. In the summer it's nicer. There's picnic tables to sit at, but if it's rainy there isn't a lot of cover and it can be muddy.Service is business like, timely. Usually there's plenty of parking. You could definitely bring kids.“
