From maintenance to electrical to rigging to motor work, they have it all covered. We do biannual boat pullouts at their Gig Harbor location. “The food is great. First time here, so I tried the crab cakes with carribean salsa. It comes with veggies and rice or potatoes. The salsa was perfect, sweet with the crab cakes. The crab cakes themselves were soft and tender. The whole thing just comes together perfectly! I also tried the pink lemonade, which was good as well, nice and tart! Highly recommend a visit. They got an outside seating area, perfect for those sunny days!“
“The aromatic scents called me in from the road. After a cold day working outside, I needed something warm to eat. I was greeted by a friendly cook who quickly took my order and began prepping my food. Within minutes, I had a hot and delicious gyro in my possession. With nice savory sauces, plenty of lettuce and pickled veggies, and tons of delicious hot lamb, this gyro is the best thing I've had on the island. The pita was warm and fresh which made the pairing of it all that much more enjoyable. You get a decent amount of food for only $11! Enough to share, definitely. I will be back again.“
“This place is amazing! Whenever I bring coffee drinks to friends from here, they are always complimentary. The baristas are top notch friendly. The lovingly tended garden offers a special sense of place when you go through the line on that side during growing season. Highly recommended. You will need to bring cash if you want to tip. “Carne asada burrito, one of the best I've had, grown up n lived in east WA most my life where everyone thinks the Mexican food is superior to the west side, this place proves that's not the case, no chewy peices of asada in the whole burrito, tender n pretty large peices of asada with a touch of pink in the center, I was really impressed.“
“The spicy shrimp was absolute ?. It came with so many extra goodies on the side to mix in. Guacamole, sour cream, carrots, bell pepper, onion, jalapeños, and more. There was a friendly atmosphere with the cook having his daughter with him. We live nearby and we will be back.“
“This is the best Mexican food I’ve had in Tacoma hands down. Really good beans and rice, and the ground beef enchiladas (which they call steak) are delicious. They do take Apple Pay at the window, and they charge 75 cents per card / Apple Pay usage.“
“Just put in my first order with them through Uber Eats. My Ubereats guy canceled my order and stole my food (I had no idea) I called Rancherita up and asked what happened. The guy on the phone was so so nice and explained they made the order and what happened. I put in a second order and he called me back just to let me know they made it and it was picked up and he hoped it got to me this time! Amazing service and help, super great staff. I haven't gotten the food yet but I'm sure it's amazingly good. 100% recommend!!“
“Thanks to Gig Harbor Marina and Boatyard for a successful winter haul out to take care of some big projects. Replaced seacocks, glassed over unused through-hulls, two coats of bottom paint and the props were sent out for rebalancing (because a ding was discovered when the boat came out of the water). The work was completed in less time than expected and we did the sea trial a week early. On the trial eerie sound developed in the rear of the boat. Back in the boatyard, Patrick knew right away that we had "singing props" – which was new to us. He worked with Tacoma Propeller to have the props tuned. A subsequent sea trial presented a residual hum on the port propeller – chamfering the propeller blade is sometimes more of an art than a science. The Boatyard hauled her out again and Tacoma Propeller did the fine tuning on the spot. We were back in the water in the afternoon, the sound gone. Thanks to both for dealing with the issue quickly and under warranty.“
