Completely unexpected and unplanned stop after a weekend road trip pursuing the elusive Malachite. Saw the truck as we were about to pass and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! The burrito is ginormous, tasty & service is speedy. The surroundings for a lunch are gorgeous. Definitely recommend and we will be back!
