“Hands-down, the best taco truck I’ve had in Washington. They make everything fresh to order. It is perfectly seasoned. Everything is so fresh hot and just so delicious and I haven’t even mentioned, but I come from the east side. The owners are so sweet and friendly as well!“
“Excellent food! I got a sope, taco, and corn, and all 3 were super delicious. I loved the red and green sauce too, nice kick to it (if you're a spice lightweight it might burn you a new butthole). Very pleasant people and great customer service.“
“Reviews for this place are promising. I decided to check them out based on this strength. I got the Taco Dorados and a side of rice and beans. Tacos were pretty good, but could have been crispier. Rice and beans and hot sauce were also good. I could have used some guacamole for the tacos, but I don't think they offer it. The food was good and better than I would expect from a truck, but far from life changing. At some point, I'll probably try the breakfast burrito. If they place was closer to me, I'd probably head back soon and despite being about 7 mile from me, it's just in a location I don't get to often. I can certainly recommend this place, but I would not consider giving them 5 stars, the food is good, but not great. Certainly not the best around. Nice people, check them out but again, I left satisfied, but not impressed.“
“Very delicious burritos. I had the one with chicken and it was so tasty, especially with their red or green salsa poured over it.It's wonderfully located outside the laundromat which is so convenient for a quick dinner while doing laundry.Parking: There are few spots right next to the food truck but there are plenty at the neighboring businesses.“

“Food truck with solid tacos with a variety of proteins. Its was my first time trying pupusas and they were pretty good. Basically a stuffed pancake. I preferred the loroco version more but they were both extremely greasy. They could also benefit from more salsa options. The owner is nice and took care to understand my order correct. Overall good option if in the area but nothing to rave about.“

She was really rude and had no interest to communicate like the other lady whom is always there. Please have good customer service because it goes a long way!! “It's a fantastic food truck. Really tasty Mexican fare, not like the fake Aztecas, Azul and other popular joints that have no flavor or spice. This has great flavor and enough spice if you want it. It's become a regular place for our family.“
“Well I was finally in the area since they are closed on Sundays and Monday's. My husband loves their hot links and Ribs. Hands down one of the best BBQ joints we've tried. Would have been a 4 star at first based on food. Because initial conversation Customer Service was a little rude. But when food was ready the gentleman made it better by letting me know to pre order over phone. Prices are a little high but worth it. Made with love. Will be back again“
“I work nights in Maple Valley and this has become our Friday night tradition while on shift. 3 to 4 of us all stop and pick up on our way back in to our yard. Jose and his staff are always super friendly and fun to talk to. The food is always awesome as well. I don't stray too far from the quesa birria tacos or the deluxe burrito with birria, my other coworkers have had the torta, chimichanga and Carne asada plate. All of which have been fantastic as well. As long as Tacos El Bajio is on 169, we will stop and enjoy!!“
