Passed by LT's on my way to a job site for work, decided to try it out since it was lunch time anyways. I got a 2 meat plate with ribs and sliced brisket. Brisket was nice and tender, had a visible smoke ring and bark, and tasted great even without the bbq sauce. The ribs were also winners, much better than the ribs I find at chain bbq joints. Few weeks ago i Was on my way to McDonald’s, then I saw his truck and was like, “I do need real food” so then boom he sees me every week. Took my girl with me just now and she loves it! And wants him to cater our wedding 😂
