BeanWater Espresso is an independently owned coffee spot. The coffee is absolutely amazing and the best coffee for a long time, much preferred to large chain operations. The service is excellent with personable, super-friendly, polite, and kind baristas. The blended Raspberry Mocha is done just right. However, a white chocolate mocha blended costs extra for blending. One customer paid $8 for a coffee, but water for a kid was an additional $3.45 for a cup, leaving a horrible first impression. The coffee is generally good and flavorful, though once in a while a new person needs practice with the white chocolate Americano. Overall, the staff is attentive to customers' needs, making it a breath of fresh air.
