“Love the vibe! The food was really good, it reminded me of home (New Mexico).

I had the Bison Taco and Honey/powdered Sugar Fry Bread. The fry bread was perfect, crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. The Bison taco was good overall, but the meat lacked a bit of flavor. I wish I would have gone with the chili beef.

I spent about $17 for two items and a canned drink.

“I can confidently say this is not only the best burger in Seattle but the best burger I’ve ever had. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and their food lives up to every expectation and more. The food comes out to you quick and they take the time to converse with their customers. The smash burgers are perfectly made and a fully commit to the messy nature of sandwiches without becoming soggy. They understand what they are selling and have streamlined it so well that it creates for the perfect experience. Wherever this truck sits is a destination spot if you ever visit the city.“

“I booked Los Chilangos Food Truck for my son’s 30th birthday party this month. They were great about getting back to me and if I had a question, I was able to talk to someone in person (which I appreciated). They were very timely and pleasant. They delivered delicious food and were very friendly to my guests. The service was very efficient and they left no mess. Clearly they are very good at what they do! I would highly recommend them and I would book them again!“

“I live just a few blocks away from them, and they're probably the best local taco truck around the neighborhood. I watched them set up this shop back in 2023, and I thought it was a temporary pop-up thing, but now I come here fairly often. It gets busy on weekdays during lunch hours, but not too crazy though. Generous portion and priced great too. Very friendly staff as well! Only suggestion is I hope they can serve local/hand made chips (or similar) soon, would be a perfect combo, but beyond that, highly recommend if you want something authentic around the area!“

“Long over-due review. I have been coming here regularly for 4 years since I moved here during pandemic. Everything is consistently good. The burritos are huge and stuffed with goodness. If you are gluttonous you may even want to opt for the california burrito (fair warning as its portion is not for the faint of heart!). The price is cheap and the quality consistent, which is the reason why I always come back because I know this is where I can get a heartwarming and delicious burrito. Their tacos are also delicious and my favorite is definitely the fatty cabeza!“

Very good service, friendly, accommodating, and patient.

The portion was small for 4 tacos and a coke around ~17. Cents before tip.
It tasted a little above average.

My kid was craving tacos, so we stopped to get some food. she ordered the birra taco platter ($18) and a mandarin Jarritos drink ($3). She gave the birra two thumbs up - “tasty and juicy!” ??“

“Their tacos are huge and yummy. My favorite is Adobada and I would 100% recommend that. The horchata was also very good in my opinion. My girlfriend thought it was a little too sweet but I really liked it. The staff were also very nice and attentive. I will definitely come back to try their burritos.“

We found this cute little food truck, it did not disappoint! The woman is so sweet, professional & courteous- they made our food very quickly & it was THE BEST ELOTE we have ever had. We also got a bottled Coca Cola which was real with sugar, not fructose corn syrup!

I had a delicious carne asada quesadilla ready in TWO MINUTES for ten dollars flat, and it is easily in the top 5 quesadillas I've ever had. The salsa is delicious, and the generous dollop of sour cream, avocado slice, and grilled peppers proved this place has authentic chops.This truck is going to be my new staple takeout joint, and I'm excited to have moved so close by!“
