Can't believe how good this place is. Quesabirria was crazy. Loved the pickled veggies and ice cold soda.
Easily, the best taco truck in the Canyon Park/Thrashers Corner area. Good value on combo meals and portions are big, flavor is aways top notch, good salsa bar, always super fast and very tasty.
The only place I’ve found in the area with lengua (beef tongue) and cabeza (beef head) tacos! The lengua and campechano were both really good. Definitely coming back to try more.

The little shed for dining is fine, but being a taco truck off the highway, the ambiance is not a highlight. For those enjoying a nice day, nearby North Creek Park is a great option. The ordering system allows customers to choose one tortilla instead of two, which some find very convenient. They accept cash or card via an iPad kiosk. Overall, La Sabrosa Taqueria continues to impress with its tasty tacos and great value.
