“I’ve been living in Belfair for 3 years and have seen this tiny, cute silver bullet at the White Barn. Today, we wanted pasta and ended up trying out Wise Guy’s. Let me just say…. the food itself is like when your grandma cooks it. Chefs kiss, amazing.The best part is….. THE DIRTY BURGER AOLI!!!!! I was lucky enough to be there as they were trying out something new. Lucky enough to be the only one too! Please, ask for the dirty burger with Alfredo sauce to dip it in. You will not be disappointed. I brought a few bites home for my partner and even he was in awe!100/10 we will ALWAYS return here! They are just so lovely!!!

“Day trip to the westside, where we found this little gem in Redmond. By far, THE BEST Indian Pakistani food we have ever had. With every bite, we could taste how much care & love went into preparing their authentic ingredients. I could have ordered every item on their menu, but decided on lamb korma with pulao rice, chicken korma & samosa. It was plenty for us to share. We met both the owner & chef. “The owner was generous enough to offer samples, and we ended up liking everything so much we had to go with the sampler combo. Everything was packed with flavor and fragrance, the Lotus Leaf Sticky Rice especially, and the homemade strawberry lemonade was also incredibly fresh and delicious on a warm day. Overall, absolutely one of the best food trucks I have experienced at the Market.“

“El Maestro del Taco has truly spectacular food. The flavors remind me so much of meals I’ve had in Mexico, and the restaurant is often filled with members of the local Mexican community - which says a lot about how authentic and delicious it is.

The carne asada burrito without beans is my absolute favorite, but I’ve also tried several tortas and sopas with different meats, and everything has been SO good. The staff are kind, and the whole place has a fun, lively, and interesting vibe.

The only reasons I’m giving four stars instead of five are that parking is often challenging, seating is limited, and food can take quite a while when they get busy. Honestly, though, it is absolutely worth the wait. This place has incredible food!“

“This is a family run business with amazing food. Very fresh ingredients and flavorful meats. The prices are fantastic, plenty of parking, and quick service. The homemade Champardo is the best! It also has an “Excellent” rating from the King County Health Department!

“One of the best places you can go. The hours change because of it is not getting enough business on 8th they can't afford to have the second truck there.

If you have never stopped by, I can assure you that the quality of the food, the customer service, it's truly the best around. And you get to support a local family operated business. My favorite is the the burrito. They are packed completely full and are so delicious. I live way up north now, but still come down an hour to eat here. It's my favorite. Venue was the talk of the town and many family and friends plan on returning to try the beers they didn't get to! Bride and groom each tried 5 and want to come back for trying the rest!

“I visited one of their trucks at a harvest craft fair! The coffee was delicious and the Lotus was perfect! He made us up some peach ring lotuses and they were just so darn tasty, perfect ice ratio as well.
