“This place offers the best Mexican food experience around! I had the pleasure of meeting Marco, the owner, and he was incredibly kind, gracious, and welcoming. The staff was so helpful and patient with all of my questions, and they gave me amazing recommendations.
When I got home and tasted the food, I couldn't believe how incredible it was. It honestly felt like I was in heaven! Every ingredient was fresh, and the flavors were absolutely outstanding. My family was just as impressed and couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was.

That torta though, I’ve been to hundreds of taco trucks on the west coast. All I had was the torta al pastor and this is definitely in the 5 that’s I’ve ever had! “This place is the best! The food is truly excellent—we had a quesadilla with lengua and a burrito with Al pastor, and both were great. The lengua was super tender and delicious and the Al pastor was perfectly seasoned. The proprietors are lovely and happy to let us practice our Spanish! 😃“

“Quaint little food truck with a lot to offer. Quality of meat is better than most of my go-to places. There specialty seems to be borrego which i had to try. Ordered there tacos de borrefgo special which was 4 tacos with consume on the side. They came with a great amount of very tender and flavorful meat. The borrego was prepared perfectly which had no gamey taste with the perfect amount spices. My only gripe was that there salsa was not spicy enough but the extra Chiles they gave me on the side made up for it. Do not pass this place up next time you are driving down Central in Kent. I cant wait to go back and try other things on the menu.“

The tamales taste like the kind my Mom and Tias used to make and had good flavor. The mesquite was prepared very well, a good sized portion and again tasted authentic. I would recommend and can't wait to eat there again.“

“Passed by LT's on my way to a job site for work, decided to try it out since it was lunch time anyways. I got a 2 meat plate with ribs and sliced brisket. Brisket was nice and tender, had a visible smoke ring and bark, and tasted great even without the bbq sauce. The ribs were also winners, much better than the ribs I find at chain bbq joints. The beans surprised me with how flavorful they were, so I'm glad I went with the plate so I had the chance to try them out. I'm not much of a potsto salad guy, so I'll leave reviewing that to others. I'm not in the area often, but when I am you can bet I'll be on the lookout for LT's BBQ Truck.“

“The food is always good. It always hits the spot. I usually get an asada burrito, the consistency of how the burrito is made is not always the same as in sometimes it's wrapped tight and nothing usually falls out sometimes it's wrapped loose and everything falls out.“
