This Is the only regular food truck on Vashon Island as far as I can tell, having lived here for 2 years. It is located in the parking lot next to Vashon Town Square. The staff is friendly and attentive and cooks the food to order right in front of you. I'm watching as my lunch is being prepared and it smells so good. They are from the typical management. We hired Iyad’s Syrian Grill as the caterers for our wedding and they were phenomenal! I highly recommend them for anyone planning a special event. The food was outstanding and every guest thought it was delicious.
