Anyway, I wandered into Chuck's around 7PM in the evening. Picked out a few beers. Then found out they do a random grab bag of four beers of a certain type for a discount. I love being surprised and you're basically offering me a beer lootbox? Sold.

“This place offers the best Mexican food experience around! I had the pleasure of meeting Marco, the owner, and he was incredibly kind, gracious, and welcoming. The staff was so helpful and patient with all of my questions, and they gave me amazing recommendations.
When I got home and tasted the food, I couldn't believe how incredible it was. It honestly felt like I was in heaven! Every ingredient was fresh, and the flavors were absolutely outstanding. My family was just as impressed and couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was.

“Damm I don’t even know how to explain about this place hidden Gem but this food is extremely phenomenal flavors; their rice and beans cooked to perfection their tacos are super Dank not soggy tortillas like another places where it falls at parts, here the meat is well seasoned and you can taste how fresh is it, tacos are perfectly portion with good amount t of meat and the crispy tortilla make you feel you are eating a real Mexican food!

“We recently booked The People's Burger food truck for a year end lunch for the faculty and staff at our school. The staff were on time, friendly, and easy to work with. I had the Classic burger on a gluten free bun - one of the best GF buns I've ever had. The ingredients on the burger were fresh and high quality. They had a tasty aioli sauce on the burger as well. The fries were super delicious as well - salty and amazing. You can't go wrong booking these guys for your next summer event!“

“First time here and I ordered the chile relleno. Superb! This is not always prepared carefully and since El Puerco Lloron in Pike Place Market closed, I have not found a good relleno in Seattle. If you order this, please sit down and eat it while it is still hot. Delicious! Will be returning to try other things, too.“

“Quaint little food truck with a lot to offer. Quality of meat is better than most of my go-to places. There specialty seems to be borrego which i had to try. Ordered there tacos de borrefgo special which was 4 tacos with consume on the side. They came with a great amount of very tender and flavorful meat. The borrego was prepared perfectly which had no gamey taste with the perfect amount spices. My only gripe was that there salsa was not spicy enough but the extra Chiles they gave me on the side made up for it. Do not pass this place up next time you are driving down Central in Kent. I cant wait to go back and try other things on the menu.“

“One of the best places you can go. The hours change because of it is not getting enough business on 8th they can't afford to have the second truck there.

If you have never stopped by, I can assure you that the quality of the food, the customer service, it's truly the best around. And you get to support a local family operated business. My favorite is the the burrito. They are packed completely full and are so delicious. I live way up north now, but still come down an hour to eat here. It's my favorite. “I ordered 2 tamales, one red one green, a mesquite, and chicken nachos. By far my favorite nachos, the chips are homemade and were fresh. The chicken had good flavor and seasonings. The tamales taste like the kind my Mom and Tias used to make and had good flavor. The mesquite was prepared very well, a good sized portion and again tasted authentic. I would recommend and can't wait to eat there again.“
