“Came here on a hot 82 degree day and they had a shaded lounge with air conditioning, running water to wash hands, and reasonably priced food. I didn’t even think I was that hungry but once I had a bite I could not stop it was that good! I am 100% coming back here, what a pleasant experience. You can really tell the owner loves what he does and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, even uses saffron for the rice! This is one gem of a food truck in Seattle.“

“This place is incredible. BEST TACOS in Seattle 1000%!!! Wayyyyy better than Carmelo’s or Chukis or any tacos we’ve ever had. Brenda was so sweet and let us try the newest horchata drinks which were so delicious!! I don’t know what they put in these tacos but the tortillas and the cheese I just can’t even explain it I could eat these every day of my life. “I’ve been a regular customer since 2023. I usually love my mango chicken but today more than 75% of my dish had broccoli in it and hardly any chicken.

I understand everything’s gotten expensive. I’d be ok to pay more to eat what I usually eat. Was so annoyed to see the dish size go down plus the ridiculous amount of broccoli in it.

Please go back to the usual recipe and increase prices.“

You can tell it’s made fresh and their special seasoning and custom sauces they use are crazy good.
