“Interior is low lit, light comfortable tones. Decided to start with their original KFC (korean fried chicken). Nice double fry crunch, mild seasoning. Family tried the curry katsu udon and house yakisoba while I ordered the karaage curry rice. Some of the karaage were overcooked and tough. Curry sauce was good by itself. Very tasty. Yakisoba was standard. Owner? and cashier were helpful and attentive.”

“The pasta here can be changed into noodles! We ordered 🍅 Bolognese Rigatoni meat sauce is super super super fragrant! The tomato flavor is very strong, and the minced meat is a combination of balls and minced meat. It tastes rich and rich. It is a Bolognese meat sauce that you can never go wrong with. 🦐Spicy shrimp bucatini is very unique! It feels like chopped peppers❤️The shrimps are very big! It’s not particularly spicy, but it’s fresh and fragrant. It’s a dish that is very suitable for Asians😁 🍕I think the most delicious pizza! Pepperoni & Calabrian honey pizza The king of salty and sweet taste🔥The cheese that can be drawn and the right surprise honey are simply a bit ecstatic! After the pepperoni is roasted, it is full of fat, and the crispy and slightly hard texture👍There are whole garlic grains that have been roasted to the texture of potatoes on it! I really beg you to try it!”

If the chef could cut back on the salt especially on the lamb koftas by 30% and skip the added salt in the sauce, then thd dish would be a star. Because the lamb is very high quality and the spices used are great, it’s the excessive salt that ruins it. Our entire table felt like the dishes were overly salted. However the service and atmosphere was 10/10. Thank you so much!”

“I love this place. The atmosphere is wonderful with it's adorable tea pots and cups scattered about, little flower vases with fresh flowers, cute sugar bowls and creamers. The music has a lovely French vibe. The pastry case is beautiful and full. The exposed brick wall gives a fabulous earthy feel to an otherwise polished look.
The service is outstanding- I have been here multiple times and each time the servers are happy, competent, and helpful. They make you feel happy you are here and like they are just as happy to be here. An environment with happy servers makes a place feel so much more welcoming.
My one issue, that I would humbly request the owners consider changing, is the seating. They have about 7 tables. 3 are regular sit down tables with chairs. The other 4 are tall tables with tall chairs. I abhor tall tables and chairs, to the point that I normally will not go back to a place if there is even a chance I may have to sit at a tall table. I constantly have to adjust myself to stay in the chair, feel like I am going to fall getting in and out. They are also difficult for older people and people with disabilities. I do frequently have someone with me who has a physical disability and this can mean that sometimes we really can't go to places with tall tables and chairs because they literally can't safely sit in them. For this place, I have made an exception when I am by myself and have even sat at the dreaded tall tables because I love the atmosphere so much. But it does affect how often I can visit and how long I can stay, so I am hoping the owners chose to replace those tall tables with standard ones at some point in the future.”

I've tried the Chicken Pad Thai, Spring rolls, Cashew chicken, Yellow curry chicken (Is it Panang?), Garlic chicken, and a popular wide noodle dish w/chicken and spinach (swiimming Rama maybe but a Thai name)and the Broccoli/chicken,, and love the stir fried veggie side. They serve chicken breast in most if not if not all dishes, and the only cut I eat. Perfectly cooked every tiime! The people are nice, it's clean and updated nicely. I sat alone once and was comfortable, and went with a friend another. I normally order Spice Level 3, 2 for chicken pad Thai which btw is the best! Love that there's many add/remove options on most items. I'm very picky about food, and trying new places so it's nice to have a few nearby restaurants I trust! My daughter is coming to town soon and we'll order or go here, she's vegetarian and gluten free and is a lot pickier then me! .”

“There's NOTHING friendly about this place. I will not play the race card, HOWEVER, I did record a video. The server who served us left and the next shift bartender came. This guy did NOT acknowledge me until I asked for a napkin. The video is almost 6 minutes long and he so much did not say hello. The queso was so "watery" that it dripped on me and the bar. Appetizer plates were not even brought to us. No one checked on how the food was or drink. Poor service. Unfortunately, in this day and time this type of service is accepted and tolerated.”

“The first thing I noticed was the pristine cleanliness. Even the corners of the floor by the entrance door were spotless. Service was fast and efficient; a large pot of perfectly brewed Jasmine tea arrived quickly. My husband ordered the chicken chow mein, I ordered vegetarian dumplings, and we split the best fried rice we've ever eaten. I never expected to eat 6 of the dumplings! They were so delicious that I couldn't stop. My husband said, "We've got to come back here!" Its a little hard to find, but well worth the effort.”

“My wife and I came here for the first time years ago and it quickly became our favorite coffee shop in the area - we are now regulars! I recommend the sandwiches. They are unassuming on the menu - I assumed they were simple cold-case sandwiches, which I tend to avoid - but was so impressed when we tried them one day and discovered they're fresh-made, warmed and full of great ingredients, pestos and tomatoes and whatnot. I get the Med Chicken pretty regularly now. They also have a really great breakfast sandwich - I get sausage on a bagel with egg and cheddar, and it's really good. They use cafe Umbria, which is my favorite roaster, so that's a win for me. They make a great mocha, a great London fog, and the service is always good. Now that we have a little boy - who the owners love, and he loves them - we appreciate the lobby that's so easily accessible next door that he can run around in. The coffee shop itself is also very comfortable and always a relaxing place to sit and enjoy.”

The pizza was great (they need the moisture sheet on the pan so it doesn't get soggy though). The server wasn't unfriendly, but she wasn't really friendly either. $14 for a kids pizza is insane and $14 dollars for a tiny little hot toddy is even more insane. The price of the regular pizza was ok but the rest was unbelievable. Lol, $14 for a tiny bit of whiskey, hot water, honey, and lemon?! What cost to much? The electricity to heat the water? Also, 3% to use my credit card? No. That's gas station bs. I don't go to businesses who charge me to pay them. This is the cost of doing business. If your merchant services cost too much, that's on you to find a better company, not my responsibility to pay for you.”

Our waiter was Andrew and he also attended to us promptly and was kind from the start.My wife had the Nutella crepes and biscuits with peppered gravy. She rarely will finish her serving but did this time. (I helped with a biscuit) I had the lumberjack omelette with Pelican special potatoes. I’ll say one thing about the food. We’ve been here 6 months and that’s the best meal I’ve had including 3 of the local steakhouse’s. We will return, and my wife left a generous tip! Kudos to the chef.”

Though it seemed early to me on a Saturday morning (9:15 am) the place was buzzing, there were bright eyes, smiling faces, and tables filling with people of all ages from small children to seniors. There was no wait, as the seating is plenty. Our server was a familiar, friendly face and we felt welcome to be there. The menu had many delicious options and was accommodating to my dietary restrictions. Everything about this place made me love Port Orchard that much more. And instead of leaving a poor review for the other restaurant, I felt compelled to leave a raving one here instead!”

“We drove up early after returning from a trip to the peninsula and shopping at Ranch 99 just a block away. I was enthusiastic about finding somewhere open earlier than most and serving Korean breakfast. The name of the restaurant is obvious. That’s what I recommend to order and the handmade dumplings. Korean food is my absolute go-to comfort. Everything was spot-on, homestyle, HOT, and a hometown cafe, relaxed vibe. Exactly the sort of place I can go to when I need to start the day right. I would go any time of the day, really, but have not tried anything else on the menu. It was clean and we were served quickly. We were also the first ones there. I could imagine this place filling up though if their other dishes are as consistent as the two we got. We only got a picture of the soup and when the dumplings soon arrived, too busy eating! “I have been to two different Patty's, MLT and Edmonds. You have to know where they are. Not easy to find, but once you do, you'll be back. The service is good and the food is even better. The coffee is good and hot, they even have the flavored creamers. I really appreciate that they have smaller portions and I really enjoyed the eggs Benedict. I'm going to try pancakes or french toast next time. The waitresses are all very nice and attentive.”

“they speak chinese. also the food is really good for the price! the bathrooms are really clean and there is plenty of food but the place does get really crowded during lunch or dinner. there were complimentary oranges and ice cream which was also really nice 😊”

“Hands down the best Banh mi I’ve ever had. They actually put the correct amount of house sauce on it too. My wife is obsessed with pho so I try to find places where I can get something other than pho. The thai fried rice us also delicious.”

Prices were very reasonable. Tables were also clean with large umbrellas to help with shade in a hot day.”
