Pho Corner is a restaurant with new ownership, known for its excellent pho. The broth is perfectly balanced, rich, savory, floral, and silky with wonderful umami flavor. It is clear, sweet, and flavorful, and many consider it the best broth of any pho they have ever experienced. The pho with eye round steak is a favorite, enjoyed with sweet hoisin sauce and a touch of chili oil. The in-house chili oil is divine with a good amount of heat. The grilled chicken bánh mì style sandwich is another favorite, with amazing tender chicken, great pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, and crunchy French bread. Fresh spring rolls are recommended, coming with a light, bright plum sauce; fried egg rolls are also good and fried fresh. The brisket and veggie pho is a family favorite. The food is always fresh, clean, and flavorful. The restaurant has a really nice seating area, friendly staff, and a very clean and pleasant atmosphere with softer music and a chill, laid-back ambiance. The price is very reasonable and fair.
