You know that classic question “If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?” Well, I now know what meal I would have for the rest of my life. It’s the pho with eye round steak here at Pho Corner. The broth is perfectly balanced: rich, savory and floral with wonderful umami flavor. Really nice seating area, friendly staff, really fresh and yummy pho! Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. The chicken was exceptional. Also, the homemade spices added a great flavor.

Based on my personal preference which is a clean lighter tasting pho, best pho I've had in my life. First bowl of pho I've consumed with no sauce condiments since I didn't think it needed any. Recommend the fresh spring rolls (fried egg rolls are good (fried fresh!) but prefer the fresh spring rolls) which comes with a light, bright plum sauce. In-house chili oil is also another special thing here. Delicious as an alternative to dip pho meat but still prefer...
