An absolute hidden gem. Their snow crab banh canh was amazing, and it was my first time seeing it on the menu at any viet place. Their rice dishes are delicious too. Will definitely return.
GREAT pho!
huge portions with lots and lots of meat, fresh bean sprouts, herbs and something that looked like thinly sliced scallions or leeks. I had bun bo hue, and the broth was super flavorful. Service was fast and unassuming. Overall, a very good and huge bowl of soup.

Phở 99 Authentic Vietnamese offers amazing flavors, possibly the best pho in Seattle. The original pho, spring rolls, and vermicelli are said to be perfect. The restaurant is praised for its excellent food, with the owner treating everyone like royalty. Customers appreciate the passion and love put into the dishes, and the pho is described as comforting and the noodles as perfect. The chili oil on the tables is always fresh, and the lychee water is amazing. The meats are always so tender and broth on point. They really care about how their individual ingredients shine. Popular dishes like grilled chicken on rice plate and lemongrass chicken vermicelli are highly recommended. The restaurant has limited but tasty vegan and vegetarian options, with non beef broth being a good option. However, the restaurant can face some challenges, such as limited parking shared with other businesses, and it can get very warm inside, especially in the latter part of the day. The service has been reported as lacking at times, with delayed water refills and a lack of attention to customers.
