“I’ve been here a couple of times and the service is always incredibly fast. I really like their sweet potato beef noodle soup (the name could be different). The broth tastes a bit different from what I’m used to growing up in Anhui, but it’s still very close and I definitely want to give them credit for that. The chili oil is especially authentic.“

We were one of their first guests in those early days and eat here so much the owners know me by name! “We had the shrimp salad rolls, brisket pho, and chicken fried rice. The shrimp rolls were very fresh and refreshing, packed with crisp lettuce and served with a rich peanut sauce that paired well with them.

The highlight was definitely the brisket pho. It was one of the best pho I’ve had so far. The broth was exceptionally well balanced, with great depth of flavor and just the right richness. The portion was huge, and they were very generous with the brisket, which is something you don’t always see. One bowl was enough to leave me completely full.

The chicken fried rice was also well executed. Nothing particularly unique, but the flavors were balanced and everything was cooked properly.

Service was very fast, and our food arrived quickly. The restaurant was quite busy when we visited and we got the last available table, though it was a weekend. Overall, a very satisfying meal and a place I’d gladly return to.“

“I have come here a handful of times with my partner and I love it! I don't think I have ever had a bad dish here. I try to order something different each time but there is so much to choose from! And so far my favorite is the basil stir fry and the eggplant basil stir fry. The portions are generous for the price. I like to order 2 or 3 dishes and then take the leftovers. They last me a few days afterward! The staff is very friendly and I enjoy my conversations with them. All in all, a great place. If I lived closer, I'd probably come here several times a week.“

“Oh wow! How did I just find this place out? Its amazing!!! Everything was simply incredible. The food was perfect. Roti Jala very tasty as a starter. Then we ordered the chicken which was super crispy on the outside and juicy inside. We also ordered the laksa noodles which was heaven and we also got the ribs. “I found this place wonderful, not only were the waiters there so kind and INCREDIBLY warm, the food was transcendent! I recently went with my dad, and we both have been to japan, and at Izakaya, we both agree it took us right back to Osaka! The menu was incredible, we ordered the beef udon which had a broth that was so 3 dimensional and smokey, duck, chicken, and wagyu yakitori (ps order the wagyu it's worth it) which were cooked perfectly- and you can tell, with an expensive charcoal! As well as The udon carbonara- which was also fantastic, although personally I found it was very hearty and filling- which was great, but with the amount of food we had on the way, I couldnt eat much. But I think what was truly the star of the show we're the desserts, I tried the yuzu cheesecake and WOW! It was delicious! My dad agreed it was probably the best cheesecake he ever had! It had such a light and sweet yet tart and rich flavor, and let me tell you, I left feeling like a million dollars afterwards! One other thing I would like to point out is how quick they were- (we ordered a lot more I didn't mention) and it came out progressively I'd say by the time we were seated to the time it was in my mouth... 10 minutes? The service was great, the atmosphere was great, the food was great, and overall the next time I come back to Seattle this is the first place I'm heading!!! And you should too!!“

“Went here with my family. We had reservations so we were able to go in right away (there was a lot of people waiting). The drinks were really good and the food was awesome! “We were so busy running around that we didn’t even realize it was almost 10 PM and suddenly, almost every restaurant was already closed. Then Nua popped up and we saw they were open until 1 AM(on Saturday) Such a surprise!

We headed over right away and ordered peek kai tod, khao soi, pla tod, and tom zaap and wow, every single dish was incredible. So delicious, full of flavor, and truly authentic Thai taste.

We ended our night with the special delicious Thai dessert roti gluay and it was the perfect sweet finish

“We were craving some proper Asian food after a few days without it, so we stopped by for lunch. Since we arrived after the lunch rush, the restaurant was nice and quiet.

We ordered two dishes:
• Eggplant Basil with Tofu – Stir-fried eggplant with Thai basil, tofu, onions, green peppers, and red peppers. It was fragrant and full of flavor. Like many classic Thai stir-fries, it's definitely on the richer side with plenty of oil and seasoning, but that's exactly what makes it so satisfying.
• Kee Mao with Crispy Pork – Wide rice noodles (Drunken Noodles) with crispy pork belly. Absolutely delicious. The noodles had great texture, the flavors were bold, and the crispy pork added the perfect amount of richness.
The restaurant itself is spacious, bright, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with the warm smiles and hospitality that made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a great lunch here and would happily come back. Definitely a restaurant I'd recommend if you're looking for flavorful, authentic Thai food.“

“ChiHo Bistro has quickly become one of my favorite spots, especially if you’re a truffle lover. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything truffle here , every dish feels rich, balanced, and thoughtfully executed without being overpowering.

The standout for me has to be the truffle XLB. Each dumpling is packed with savory broth and finished with an earthy truffle flavor that takes the entire bite to another level. It’s INCREDIBLY comforting,

The truffle fried rice is easily one of the best fried rices around. Perfectly seasoned with a deep wok flavor, every grain is flavorful without feeling heavy, and the truffle ties everything together beautifully. It’s one of those dishes you keep thinking about long after the meal is over.

Their duck is another must-order. Crispy skin, tender meat, and packed with flavor. It pairs perfectly with the richer truffle dishes and rounds out the meal so well.

“We came in here after hearing about their handmade noodles made from local Washington wheat. And we were not disappointed! We got an order of the dumplings, sesame noodles, and buckwheat noodles. And everything was really great! They can make it as spicy as you want and it's a pretty low key restaurant vibe. It's a little pricey for what it is, having spent about $35pp, but it was really good and worth it in our opinion. The golden lion mocktail was also really great.“

Fried egg rolls pretty basic, I prefer when they are served w lettuce wrap, herbs and veggies.

“What a find? We had diner at Tyger Tyger Saturday night. Started off with the hand rolled pork wontons. Was a great way to start our meal. We tried the Tyger Tyger Fried Rice, Rockfish with Sour Mustard Greens, Chili Cumin Beef and rounded out our meal with the Wok Blistered Asparagus and the Greens with Walnut and Bacon. WOW what a taste sensation. Favorite…. The Rockfish and Blistered Asparagus. Was very easy to order, the food was ready when we came to pick it up with utensils included. “This is my absolute go-to spot for Thai food. The Lynwood has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff members are always friendly, even when it gets busy. No matter what, I always order Stir fried squid with salted egg yolk—it’s a must-have for me. But what keeps things exciting is that they’re always introducing new dishes that bring me right back to home in Thailand. The flavors are authentic, comforting, and full of depth. Their cocktails are also incredible—perfectly balanced and a great complement to the meal. If you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience, this place never disappoints.“

“It was a very nice restaurant, the food was good, the waitresses were super patience and explained the menu when we asked questions. They also allowed us to stay and talk even though we finished eating and paid. It has lots of seating from booths to chairs for bigger families. They have a 5 level spice for their dishes and was quite fresh and spicy when we chose level 4. The calamari was unfortunately soft breaded and comes off easily, but quite tasty with the sauce.“
