Hey, Thai restaurant specializing in cuisine of the Isan region of Thailand, which apparently features less curries and more grilled meats and spicy salads than the Bangkok style cuisine. While visiting Seattle, I had dinner with family at Pestle Rock. Located on a busy street in the Ballard neighborhood, the space itself was small, but did not feel cramped. Our attentive server suggested some dishes for us to try. The menu was extensive without being overwhelming and had options for meat eaters and vegans, alike. My group enjoyed everything we ordered.
