Lowkey underrated. My dad is a picky eater and he easily said this was the best Thai he had eaten in awhile. If you’re looking for a good Thai place look no further. (Also take the chili pepper ratings seriously for spice lol)
Stopped here finally and had Tom Yum Talay with side of rice and Thai tea. It was very flavorful, soup had a good spice balance, tea tasted refreshing. Place was clean, inviting, service was great. Will come again to try different dishes.
There are maybe half a dozen Seattle Thai restaurants that stand out from the rest. (I like standard Seattle Thai fare plenty. But...) I think Pestle Rock is the best. Both the quality and the delicious flavors are a big cut above. I've eaten here maybe 20, 30 times? Check it out.
