I just left Oaxaca City Mexico 2 weeks ago and I was so happy to taste mezcal again (with peanuts and chili sauce and oranges on the side). I tried a food I didn’t have there, and loved the flavors. True to form, amazing flavors. Habanero sauce ($2) so flavorful and full heat! This place is so authentic that they treat you like a guest, not rushing you in nor out. Good selection of tequila and mezcal. Flan was great. Portion size for my entree was a bit smaller than expected but the food was delicious. Girlfriend's margarita was a bit too salty for her taste but they gladly took it off the bill. We plan on coming back to try more of the menu.

It’s a great place! The food is so yummy even though the flavor is still a little different from what I had in Oaxaca, Mexico.Recommend to try the pozole, it’s so good! And they are generous, they give a lot of pork and hominy in the soup. Their tacos are the best!! Definitely try the Taco Al Pastor! ? Delicious!Their lunch menu and dinner menu are different. I’d love to try their lunch menu someday~
