“Amazing banh mis, caring employees, and cheap prices.
Vietnamese banh mis don’t get any better than this spot. They offer amazing quick sandwiches for very affordable prices and the owners are very sweet.
I was so excited to try these sandwiches and will be coming back when in the area.“

“I've tried all the other pho places in the area. This one is my favorite. The pho is consistent, the owners are friendly and the ingredients are fresh. A recent change is that they've been updating the space and bussiness operations, and the new vibe is on point.“

“Came for Happy Hour alone and decided to order each item from the bar menu and had myself a tasting menu. It was plenty of food... I really should have stopped at 3 or 4 HH portions. I highly recommend the garlic prawns, the chili cumin pork ribs, the duck spring rolls, and the tomato salad (with the salted egg). The bartender also poured me two exquisite cocktails... a sidecar and then a paloma. Yum!“

“Do yourself a favor — EAT AT LOTUS POND. (1) Carpool to Lotus Pond. The more the merrier. (2) Appetizers: You can’t lose. Everything is good. Me? I eat the Imperial Rolls. Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. You will leave with a full, joyous stomach … you will be very satisfied. Happy eating!“

“Got to enjoy the soft opening phase of this trendy Viet restaurant right now. Ông Lam Bistro brings delicious and comfort-inducing Vietnamese offerings that are rare to the Seattle scene. While their food menu is still fairly limited, you cannot go wrong with any choice. Additionally ,their drink selection is surprisingly versatile: you can opt for a cocktail, a soothing, almost medicinal tea, or jello shots (highly concentrated) for a fun twist to your experience! The presentation of everything speaks for itself: it's beautiful and intentional. I predict this place will be quite lively in the future, so make sure to be an early customer and enjoy the pleasure of being part of an early pioneer crowd!“

“I love everything about this café! The selection is amazing and the drinks + bites are crafted with quality ingredients. I tried the gloomy matcha, the nutty cloud, and the house cake with cheese—all exceeded my expectations!
We entered the café at 8:10AM on a Sunday (a little after opening) and there were already several customers. Service is excellent and so is the minimalistic ambiance! I will most definitely be back ☺️ ?“

“It’s always a good idea rely on Vietnamese reviewers for the best insights on where to find authentic pho. Trust me, this place delivers. The beef is tender and packed with flavor. I took my parents, who are from Saigon, and they gave it a 5/5. The ladies that served us were so sweet and welcoming.“

“I like everything I ordered ranged from a bao, pho and others (see photos).
The bao (with a piece of stew pork belly inside) is surprising good. I think I will copy.. hahaha.. never saw this dish before. The bun is really soft. The spring onion and cilantro and a slice of green apple make it very refreshing.
Spring roll is quite good.“

“My boyfriend and I have been coming here for the past couple months and the food is consistently delicious every time. The staff are friendly and accommodating and our food always takes less than 5 minutes to get to our table. This has been our new go-to spot for pho and we are always left satisfied! If anyone is looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant to check out, Pho Bothell is the place!“

“Excellent food for a good price at a family-owned shop. I had a small steak and brisket pho, fried egg rolls, and coffee with condensed milk. The broth had subtle tang with more sweetness than I'm used to, but it was a welcome and delicious addition. The small size was great for lunch on the lighter side, in my opinion, though I'd recommend large for most folks. Egg rolls were tasty, coffee was great. I'd absolutely return.“

“Nestled in the heart of the city, Phở Huế is not just another Vietnamese restaurant; it’s a portal to the rich culinary traditions of Huế, a city known for its historical significance and flavorful cuisine. As soon as you step inside, you are enveloped by an ambiance that feels both inviting and authentically Vietnamese. The warm hues of the decor, adorned with traditional motifs, set the stage for a dining experience that promises to tantalize your taste buds.
Upon being seated, the friendly staff welcomes you with genuine smiles, making you feel at home. The menu is a well-curated selection of dishes, showcasing the best of Huế's culinary offerings. While Phở is the star attraction, the extensive array of appetizers and side dishes merits attention, each presenting an opportunity to explore the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine.
Starting with the appetizers, the bánh bèo (steamed rice cakes topped with shrimp) is a must-try. These delicate morsels are served in small bowls, each offering a perfect balance of textures and flavors. The shrimp is tender and flavorful, harmonizing beautifully with the soft, chewy rice cakes. Another standout is the chả cuốn (spring rolls), which are fresh and crisp, accompanied by a tangy dipping sauce that elevates every bite.
When it comes to the main attraction, the phở is nothing short of extraordinary. The Phở Huế specialty, known as Phở bò, features rich beef broth simmered for hours, resulting in a depth of flavor that is both complex and comforting. The aroma alone is enough to transport you to the bustling streets of Huế. Each bowl is generously filled with perfectly cooked rice noodles, tender slices of beef, and an array of fresh herbs. The addition of lime and chili allows for a customizable experience that caters to every palate.
What sets Phở Huế apart is their dedication to authenticity. You can taste the care that goes into each ingredient, from the high-quality cuts of meat to the fresh herbs sourced from local markets. The attention to detail is evident not only in the flavors but also in the presentation of each dish. It’s a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
For those who seek something beyond traditional phở, the restaurant offers a variety of unique dishes that reflect the diverse flavors of Huế. The bún bò Huế, a spicy beef noodle soup, is a fantastic alternative, with a rich, fragrant broth that is both invigorating and satisfying. The balance of lemongrass and chili in this dish creates an unforgettable experience.
To round off your meal, don’t miss the dessert menu. The chè (Vietnamese sweet soup) is a delightful way to end your culinary adventure. It’s light, refreshing, and beautifully crafted, offering a perfect contrast to the savory richness of the main dishes.
In conclusion, Phở Huế is more than just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of Vietnamese culture and cuisine. The combination of authentic flavors, attentive service, and a warm atmosphere makes it a must-visit for both newcomers and seasoned lovers of Vietnamese food. Whether you’re craving a comforting bowl of phở or looking to explore the lesser-known delights of Huế, this culinary gem is sure to leave a lasting impression. Don’t just take my word for it—visit Phở Huế and embark on your own delicious journey.
Thanks to the Owner for making my expirence with her cooking all the more breath taking.“

“I don't recommend eating here. A coworker and myself tried the bahn mi and spring rolls one day and they were some of the worst I have eaten; ended up just tossing half my order. My wife tried the pho a day earlier and said it was not that good either. I do have an acquaintance that works close by and eats here often. he agress the bahn mi, spring rolls and pho are not good, but says the rice and noodles dishes are ok.“

“This is a great Seattle bar. The atmosphere is great for conversation and to enjoy some delicious, very well made drinks and some tasty food. The place is small and intimate, very inviting and cozy. “This is another pho place that is amazing. We had fresh spring roll, medium (large is way way to big) pho with brisket, flank steak, back rib and stir fried beef and veggies. The quality of meat is very good. The pho had plenty of noodles and meat in itThe stir fried beef and veggies, was very delicious too. The beef wasn't dry, actually fried and not boiled, like I've seen in other places.I highly recommend giving this place a try. Very good food.“

“Both me and my wife caught a cold and were looking for Vietnamese broth to save ourselves. We popped up in Ballard for lunch. It was a quiet Wednesday afternoon. We got Beef pho and Chicken Dumplings in Chicken broth (Number 30 and 37) The broth was tasty and herby. The dumplings were well cooked and the filling was sumptuous. The beef broth was meaty and well seasoned. We finished our lunch in no time and were quite full at the end.“

“How has this place only gotten 3.9 stars? Decided to try this place out while I visited another shop next door. The broth is excellent, above expectation and gives the meat a great flavor that is sorely lacking at other pho restaurants. Great service and great small business atmosphere, tucked away in the corner of a strip mall.“

“Chill restaurant with great portions. You order on a kiosk so it feels a bit disconnected so if you want a real restaurant feel this is not the place. If you just want a good bite to eat however this is a great spot, as the portions are huge and the food is super good. Prices are good for Seattle.“

“The vegan lemongrass soup is the best you can get in the city. It’s herbaceous, flavorful, perfectly savory, and healing all at the same time! The tofu is perfectly crispy and the veggies have life in them unlike most vegan pho-like soups that nuke them into mushy oblivion. The service and vibe are always impeccable as well. If this Xom were in my neighborhood I’d be eating here multiple times per week!“

“This place is good. I will absolutely be back to order again. My one piece of advice is the shrimp needed to be marinated in Vietnamese spices. I never ate here before but now I will be back. Please give this place a try they do good work.
I had pho with shrimp. And a bahn mi to go.
Vegetarian options: You can order vegetarian options for most things. Just ask.
Dietary restrictions: They make anything you want. Just tell them. I’m sure however if you are allergic to fish sauce. Is a staple of Vietnamese cuisine. You need to communicate.
Parking: Lynnwood. Easy next to fred Meyers.
Kid-friendliness: They welcome all families
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is on ground level. You can easily get into the restaurant via the door. With a small bit of assistance.“

“We went for a three day Pho crawl around the Seattle and surrounding areas. This is THE best so far (we have taken in four places..). The broth is just superb... deeply savory, clear broth and perfectly seasoned with spices and bone broth. Loads of meat and the noodles is just perfectly chewy and held well after 20 minutes. The lady who served us was so kind and friendly. We also ordered their beef rib special and OMG... Load of wonderfully cooked and they even cut the meat of the bones for you (but left a few for presentation). We LOVE it!“
