Pho is one of the best I have had in Seattle. I personally doubt you will have anything bad here, Spring rolls are always fresh. One of my fav spots!

We love this local Pho restaurant, we have only had wonderful experiences dining in. The service is so attentive, and their food is amazing! I highly recommend their spring rolls (both fresh and fried) as well as the chicken pho.

The food is amazing, with robust broth and noodles of the best consistency. Extras are fresh, and the care that goes into a plate of food is clear. Highly recommended are the spring rolls (both fresh and fried), chicken pho, bánh phở with magical broth, bánh mì, and chicken fried rice. The restaurant provides Nước béo, a small bowl of extra-fatty beef broth. Portions are giant; even smalls require takeout. A small vegetarian pho is a huge portion for $14, with great price to portion ratio. Food comes out quickly in this cozy, friendly neighborhood staple.
