Ramie is such a beautiful and unique Vietnamese fusion restaurant in Seattle! I really love how they take traditional Vietnamese flavors and ingredients and give them a creative, modern twist without losing the comforting flavors that make Vietnamese cuisine so special 🥰

We went on a Thursday right when they opened, 5pm. One of only a couple tables and had a great server and overall service. They were happy to explain the dishes and answer our questions. The menu differed a bit from what was online.

Delicious and novel flavor combinations. I've had loads of pho, banh mi, and bun but these dishes all hit with new flavors. Loved the duck custard, mushroom satay, cabbage, and pork chop. The mushroom old fashioned was a fun take on a classic cocktail. Wish I had the appetite to order even more. Drink service was a touch slow and the space is very loud (get some soft surfaces and sound dampening).
