This is a place for those who take their body seriously. The staffs tend to be busy but it is worth the wait. I can see that they really do care about the food and its service. Btw I even saw @spencerhawes NBA player order here. Which means foods are good here. Sport players know what tastes good! Come and taste!“

“After having been to Driftwood twelve times I can confidently say it’s the only restaurant in Seattle worth dining at.  Lots of places make claims about freshness and local ingredients, but chef Dan Mallahan shops at the Farmers Market two days a week. It’s not a joke or a gimmick. If you want to eat food grown exclusively in Washington State, that tastes real, then Driftwood is the spot. They serve tomatoes that actually have flavor, delicious veggie dishes, and meat and fish that are tender and juicy. They combine so many flavors in a subtle harmony making each bite you take delightful. Not to mention the killer cocktails.  The vibe is beautiful but chill. The staff are lovely and kind. Everything about Driftwood is real. The food, the people, even the hand towels in the bathroom.  Concerned about prices at a farm-to-table restaurant and getting enough to eat? Go with a friend and share two starters and a main. For example, I just had the Olsen Farm Kennebec JoJos, the Piece by Piece Farm Tempura Delicata squash, and the Butcher’s Cut Pork Chop. Yum!“

“Had a hankering Sunday evening for an elite Lobstah Roll while in Newport, RI so I did a lil internet searching and Luke's was consistently at the top of the list. Checked out their menu online and saw they offered a Lobster Roll flight! SOLD! Off I went to find parking and get an order ASAP. Found Luke's on the corner on the Wharf and got to ordering with a quickness. Lobster Roll Sampler with three 2 oz half-rolls: lemon butter, spicy honey butter, and truffle butter w/ chips and a soft drink. Choice of Sea Salt or Sea Salt and Vinegar Kettle Chips, and choice of beverage. I got the Sea Salt and Vinegar (duh) and Blueberry Lemonade in a glass bottle. The lobster in their rolls comes cold, but for a $1 upcharge, you can get it warm, which is my preference. I also got an affordably priced Poppy Seed Slaw. Folks - these Lobster Rolls deserve top billing on "Best Of" lists. My fav might have been the truffle butter lobster roll. It adds something I never knew a lobster roll was missing, but they were all delectable. The roll makes the roll, though. Buttery sourdough with the perfect thin layer of crisp. All flavors were well-balanced and left me wanting more, even though it was plenty food to make a satisfying meal with maybe/maybe not room for dessert. I honestly didn't get any dessert nearby because I didn't want to lose the taste of what I just had! The Poppy Slaw was different, but in a good, not-too-different way. It was a little on the dryer side for my liking, but I liked it just the same. I am sorry to other local Lobster Roll vendors because I don't think I'll try anywhere new on my next visit. It'll be Luke's, no doubt. I might even make a special trip just for the rolls sooner rather than later, but that time I will try the chowder too!“

“Consistently delicious, cod fish and chips is a must to try if you are in the neighborhood!! Super juicy fish, and the breading is just enough for a balanced bite. The oil they use for frying is light (and doesn't taste heavy like most places). Their fries, chowder, fried oysters and shrimps are also so good. Try with their garlic vinegar and squeezes of lemon!“

“I will definitely recommend Happy Crab. Was invited to Happy Crab for casual business lunch today. When I first see its Signature name, I knew it couldn’t be wrong. I love their decoration and sea views. Very romantic and elegant restaurant. The food was served quick and all flavors are delicious as well as creative. It is lucky to get the chance to meet the owner Lily, she has great personality. Great smile, being honest & adorable. He went out of his way to ensure our small group had a memorable experience, from the perfect table, to the numerous great recommendations on the menu. It was refreshing to watch the kitchen staff laugh and enjoy preparing meals. A sign of a great restaurant is a happy, cohesive staff. Our waitress, Natalie, was a joy. Such a sparkling personality and very, very attentive. She ensured everything was perfect. Their Sommelier, Jim, did not disappoint. His wine list is outstanding and featured several very hard to find varietals that we anxiously tried. The food was prepared perfectly; everything was simply over the top! Our group tried a variety from the menu, delicious seafood, steak, and tasty sides. The sea bass, lobster, salmon, scallops were fabulous and left you wanting more. And, the steaks were delicious - prepared perfect. Side dishes were magnificent with the same attention to detail as the main courses, incredible. If you ever get the opportunity to dine at this fine establishment, ask about the Copper River Salmon. Chef prepares this wonderful fish to perfection! “Our meal at Cinque Terre was amazing. That was seriously some of the best pesto I've ever had. My husband's boar pasta had plenty of meat in the sauce. The pasta was fresh. And they even had some good mocktails - as a non-drinker, I appreciate when a restaurant takes the time to create drinks that make me feel welcomed. “We were back in town for the marathon last weekend. My husband went to culinary school at the Art Institute of Seattle and we have been back to visit many times. I just wanted to leave a note here about the waiter we had Sunday evening. It was the best service we have had in a long time. Several other restaurants we went to included an 18-20% gratuity to the check, and service reflected that. Cutters doesn’t. Our waiter gave good wine recommendations, was attentive, patient with our kids, and even gave us a small portion of noodles to take home and finish with the sauce that came with the mussels. We tipped accordingly, and really did appriciate the service. It seems to be a lost art. Food was great! Kids loved the mocktails. 2 course meal was delicious. It was a great place for my husband to get his seafood fix. Thank you!“

“There's a beautiful mural on the outside of the building. The company owns commercial fishing ships that fish the waters of Alaska for much of the year. Fish payload is offloaded in Alaska and the ships do not return until winter. This allows the docks to also be used for loading passengers on cruise ships. Otherwise, the area is not open to the public.“

“This place is super yummy. It is a casual restaurant where you order at the counter and then sit wherever you like. They have a large selection of seafood plates and a variety of sides. My food was fried perfectly and fresh. There is also all the sauces you would need and lemons. I highly recommend checking this place out if you want affordable yummy seafood.“
