“So good. We had the rockfish bowl, salmon teriyaki and fries. The atmosphere is nice and you can order from Aslan next door. Be prepared for a line as they seem to meter things to keep the kitchen and dining room at reasonable levels. Other food looked great. We will be back for the shrimp toast, oysters, crab roll, etc for sure.“
“It was nice when you used to be able to walk-in, but for good reason SKT has grown in popularity so I would recommend to always book a reservation or you may not get a table. It has a great mix of traditional sushi items, as well as unique offerings that we can't find elsewhere. We used to always order à la carte but recently tried the omakase and the slight variations are awesome.“
“This is my absolute favorite restaurant!! The food is outstanding and the staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and overall amazing. The prices have definitely gone up notably in the past 3 years, so I come less often, but they are still the BEST!“
“Unique restaurant with experimental menu. Had the mackarel as entree and bone marrow as appetizer. Both dishes were very different takes on those ingredients and were very tasty. The decor and ambienece was classy yet relaxing. And the staff were courteous and helpful. Overall, great find!“
“It was absolutely fantastic! I felt like I had to find the location; it felt like a secret to uncover. The unassuming exterior did not match the fabulous interior or the magnificent service rendered by the host and servers. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails looked perfectly made, as did their bottle service. What truly elevated the experience was the entertainment. I went on Tuesday night when it was aerial acrobatics!“
“Absolutely loved this place! From the ambiance to the staff and food! We ordered the steak which was cooked in front of us and it was delicious. We also had the cheeseburger and it was delicious as well. The fries were perfect, crisp and seasoned, with fresh grated cheese on top. The atmosphere especially made the dinner memorable.“
“This place is amazing if you visit in person! We ordered once during the pandemic and wasn’t impressed, but decided to give it another try. We were not disappointed! The menu is pretty extensive. We ordered an assortment of skewers (our favorites were the pork belly, beef and fat, and chicken gristle) which were all nicely cooked and had great flavor. We also got a side of cold cucumbers which were refreshing and slightly tart / sweet and the spicy rice noodles. My husband loved the noodles which were very comforting to eat alongside the skewers. Everything tasted very fresh, was served quickly, and decent in portion. We hit $88 and the waitstaff gifted us with a shrimp dish, which was also very yummy. After the meal, staff also gave us two yakult drinks to wash it all down. The service was also great - water and napkins were provided without us having to ask. So glad we decided to stop by! We will definitely be back to try more things!“
“We've been three times now. Not just every dish, but every single bite has been a revelation. Feels like a master class in balancing ingredients. Each item on the plate is delicious by itself, and then even better with the others. No two bites are alike. And my lord, the rolls. THE ROLLS. I have eaten in a thousand restaurants by now. To get me this excited about bread??“
“What a lovely gem!Came here with mother and wife on a Saturday for lunch and were really impressed by the food. The fried oyster po boy was something out of this world! I never knew you could have such good po boy outside of Louisiana ?Wife ordered the lamb gnocchi which was also very delicious! ? We also ordered a warm beet salad and a cannoli which we liked as well.Their lunch menu is quite reasonable. And their proximity to Green Lake makes this place an ideal fueling station after your run or biking tour. ?“
“Absolutely incredible experience. Food was DELICIOUS, service was impeccable, and the bottle of wine that was recommended to us has become a new favorite. Thank you for an unforgettable night celebrating our anniversary! Even got custom made menus with our names on them. Very nice touch!“
“Our new go-to for raw seafood and cooked shellfish. Oysters were the best we've had and so fresh. Enjoyed the po boy and the steamer combo. Nice muscat wine to go with as well. We will be back! Thanks Dawn!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.“
“We love this restaurant. The food and service are always impeccable. We e eaten here twice several months apart. Each time, we were greeted warmly, shown to our table and waited on in an appropriate and timely manner. The cocktails are inspired and the food does not disappoint. Highly recommend.“
“Love me some speak-easy bars! What a lovely find! Despite being a Seattle native, I'm not familiar with what Seattle has to offer in terms of speak-easies. I have visited a number in Philadelphia as well as NY city. I suppose I simply doubted Seattle could live up to my east coast experiences. I'm happy to say Roquette proved me wrong! Firstly, true to the speak-easy persona, the entrance was questionable in identification. We couldn't tell if we were at the right place or if it was even open. When we recognized the entrance however, we easily entered and found ourselves in a very cool, throwback, swanky bar. It was relatively intimate and seating was readily available because we arrived around 5:30pm. Happy hour lasts until 7pm, which makes sense because that's prime dinner time rather than "drinking time." Unfortunately, our visit was a few weeks ago and I can't recall the exact drinks we ordered, but they were excellent cocktails that weren't OVERLY sweet like many bars do. There were generous pours of liquor, and fruit cocktails were made with fresh fruit. I only remembered to do this review because we are pending a second visit before the New Year and needed to send this place some love! Great find! Hopefully, it doesn't change with increasing popularity, as is often the case with some businesses.“
“I am constantly in search of good hot pot places in Seattle. While Hai Di Lao has been my go-to choice, after a meal at Qiao Lin it is definitely rising the ranks on my hot pot list and has the potential to overthrow hai di lao. During our visit, my friends and I chose the four-broth option, featuring two mild selections (tomato broth, pork bone broth) and two spicy options (Chongqing spicy broth, pepper pork broth). The waiter told us that the pepper pork broth was not as spicy but we found it to be the spiciest of the lot. We ordered the beef combo and the presentation was one of the best I've seen at hot pot. The combo arrived on a golden cow and even had a cool fog experience for the first few minutes it was on the table. Every cut of beef on that platter was a delight, especially the Wagyu. Since the platter was pretty filling we only ordered a few other items: quail eggs, skewers, noodles, and meatballs. These were good but honestly didn't compare to the wagyu from the beef platter. The wait staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout our entire dinner. Their patience was notable especially when they graciously waited for us to finish our meal and didn't push us at all even though we were the last party to leave. I will definitely be back to Qiao Lin, primarily for the remarkable beef platter and the commendable service.“
“When you visit Pike Place in Seattle for some fresh and delicious seafood, don't forget to stop by Pike Place Chowder. You can't visit without trying their chowder, where the flavor of the clams is perfectly brought out, or indulging in a fresh seafood roll! We've got eight tempting chowders to choose from, including traditional New England and Manhattan styles, along with the chef's selection of market chowder featuring his choice of ingredients and flavors. If you're feeling indecisive or want to try a variety of tastes, they highly recommend the "4-Cup Chowder Sampler."It's always packed with customers seeking delicious chowder, but the long lines are definitely worth the wait!“
“Really attentive service and a fun interactive meal. I had a lot of fun ordering meats, fish, tofu and veggies to cook in my spicy and bone broth. There’s a cute little robot that brings the food to your table and a sauce bar to create your own adventure of flavors.I really enjoyed my dinner here!“
“The best lobster roll place West of NH & Maine, Mason’s on 1st St., Seattle, across from the Seattle Art Museum! My favorite is the Connecticut and I “Bar Harbor”it.’That means you get an extra tailpiece and it tastes just like it’s out of the shell. The room can get very noisy. I really wish they had lobster bibs!“
“I really appreciated the variety and uniqueness of their menu here, especially the starters and signature sashimi. Our highlights were scallop-uni with yuzu sesame and seared salmon with truffle ponzu but other dishes we ordered were also good and there were so many more on the menu I'd like to try so definitely will be returning! Efficient service and attentive staff. Clean & minimalistic ambiance. Highly recommended!“
“The knowledgeable sommelier guided us through a delightful wine selection, both white and red. Our table was graced with an exquisite spread: eggs Benedict, apple fritters, classic breakfast, and caviar with chips. However, coffee aficionados might find the options limited—just French press with half-and-half creamer. Despite this, I wholeheartedly recommend Le Coin for a memorable brunch experience. Can't wait to explore their lunch and dinner offerings!“
“This is such a good restaurant. I’ve worked my way through the menu and so far it’s all very good. The cheese plate is one of my favorites. The French onion soup wonderfully different and great. The lamb is outstanding. The rockfish my favorite. Brunch is also great. Parking is difficult. You have to park in the public lot down the street by Dick’s.“
“Food was absolutely amazing. Went there for my boyfriend’s birthday. They had cute happy birthday confetti on the table and a birthday card signed by the staff. It was so sweet and personal. Everyone was fun and professional. You can’t beat the views this restaurant has. If you have something to celebrate this is the place.“
“The White Swan is a MUST on a warm Seattle evening. The outdoor patio is so cute and the views of Lake Union and the Space Needle are quintessential to Seattle.Make sure to go during sunset to get all the vibes! We got an array of things and they were all really good. The salmon salad was a light and delicious salad, perfect for adding a little greens into your meal. The oysters and clams were super fresh, and the salmon dip was one of my favorite parts of the whole meal. The prawns were good but their cocktail sauce was delicious!!The crab hushpuppies weren’t my favorite but my friend said they were his favorite part of the meal. I still really enjoyed them. The pasta was yummy, tho I was a little sad that it was suppose to be a pesto base but they were out of pesto so they did a cream. Still overall a really good dish. The bone marrow !!! Some of the best bone marrow I’ve ever had. Highly recommend getting it if you’re into that type of food.I will definitely be back. Date night. Friends. Parents in town. This is a wonderful option for a slightly upscale but not too fancy dinner!“
“Great spot to go. Love the vibe. High ceilings and plenty of light.Food was really good. Oysters were great as well as the other options they have.Went on a Sunday evening with friends and had to wait a bit but not bad. Their bar next door had amazing drinks too where you can wait.“
“We had a fantastic meal at Duke's! The staff was extremely nice, the restaurant is super pretty, well decorated and nice view.It was the first time we had clam chowder and we loved it! Also, the rock fish tacos (or something) were fantastic, so tasty! We recommend every tries it.“
“This location is small and the wait will probably be long but trust me, it'll be well worth it. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great and the service is friendly/knowledgeable. I had THE BEST whole dugneness crab here. They serve it with their House OMG Sauce and yes, it lives up to its name!“
“First time experience. The king salmon was great and the whole place was open, bright, and pleasant.Parking: Free 2 hour parking near the entrance and a bigger parking lot to the side. Multi business building.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access into the building and a switch ack ramp to the dining level.“
“We had a lovely dinner at That's Amore . We shared a pear salad and the pizza with figs . Both excellent. We also shared scallopine which was also really good but we didn't really have room for all of it. The staff were all friendly, helpful and worked like a family. Definitely a date night success . Will be coming back.“
“So refreshing to have a meal where the meal and the service are spot on. Every dish was a hit and our server Chloe made the whole experience come together perfectly. Happily come back again and recommend it to anyone else looking for a well executed and delicious Italian food experience.“
“The one thing that stands out for me is their attention to detail. Everything is so meticulously planned and you are treated like royalty while you dine here.Food was great. Couple of items didn't quite hit the note with us. But that's just nit picking.View was amazing. We would have liked a seat where we sat facing each other rather than adjacent. They arranged a tiny cake as well as we were here to celebrate a birthday.Would definitely visit again for another special occasion.Parking: Valet parking available. No worries there.“
“Since Three Sacks Full has decided to plant roots in Ravenna, the neighborhood has been spoiled with innovative and hyper-local cuisine. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing a bottle of wine and some pre-prepared dinner items (with easy to follow reheat instructions) to enjoy at home, you’ll be spoiled by their creativity and unique recipes.“
“Our first time in Seattle and in Pike Place, we chose this place as recommended by our friends. And god it was awesome. The waterfront seating on a warm sunny day just added on to all the positives. Nice food accompanied by even better brews were worthy of all the praises. A must visit place if you are in or around Pike Place. We ordered the following:Brewer’s Flight - $21Fish & Chips - $21Pepperoni Wood Fired Pizza - $18Hot Wings (half) - $12Clam & Bacon Chowder Bowl - $13Santa Muerte Cocktail (*2) - $15 eaNote:The fish and chips consisted of 3 pieces of fish and upon our request they added a 4th piece to the plate at an additional charge of $7.The Brewer’s flight contained the following:Old Stove PilsnerBelgian BlondeTwo Prong IPAAmber WavesBlitzfire BrownSeasonal Sour“
“The beautiful setting alone would have been adequate. Sunny breezy day directly on Puget Sound, what else could you ask for? But here was also creative cocktails and superb food. We began with a Sunset Sour which was tequila, port and lemon, and a buttery glass of Chardonnay. The Greek salad was perfect with an abundance of kalamata olives. The salmon was cooked perfectly and served on a mushroom ragu and corn, great combination. We also tried a Thai inspired dish of clams, shrimp and vegetables in a spicy creamy coconut curry sauce and the requisite rice. Our ending with an affogato was just right. And the service was beyond our expectations. We loved it all and will definitely be back when we are back in town. Thank you!“
“I was pleasantly surprised by how good the poke was here considering it was in a touristy area like Pike's. The fish was very fresh and the flavor was pretty good too. My only complaint is that there wasn't enough fish to topping ratio (as you can see in the pic)“
“This is a gem. The service staff was very attentive, kind, and friendly. It was clear their customers are important to them. We enjoyed the walnut shrimp and egg rolls. It felt like we got to experience a bit of true Seattle history at one of the oldest chinese restaurants in the city (1935). All of the thank you cards, photos, articles, and nice messages to the team over the years along the wall make it clear that the owners and team care about community and service. We felt it to. Thank you Tai Tung team!“
“Quick and attentive service, even on a Friday night. A favorite of many generations of my family. Huge selection of Chinese classics, prepared with all the perfection my family demands- dim sum, congee, lamb, fish, hot pot, noodles, fried rice- they have it all. Huge portions, and far and away my least expensive meal in Seattle! Best to pay with cash here as a result.“
“Don’t underestimate the food in what you think may be a tourist trap type of spot. The food is really good. I highly recommend the crab cakes and the crab chowder. The blackened salmon fish tacos were really good too. They have rotating ciders. If you’re lucky, you’ll find a table by the window. If you’re really lucky the sun will be out for you. Access from 1st Ave. On a Tuesday afternoon they seemed kind of short staffed but still took great care of us. Cheers!“
“The new spuds has risen from the shack! While I did love the old spuds it was so great to see them reopen in the old location with the same vibe and menu! The fish and chips were spot on and was awesome to see how many regulars were coming in and out the storefront.Totally worth the visit if you’re walking around green lake.“
“Arrived without a reservation but were warmly welcomed and got a lovely table upstairs on outside balcony. Great views and lovely food. There were three of us and what we had included the salmon and a prawn dish. Nice choice of drinks and wines. We were lucky to get parking.“
“The Kudedon Bowl was quite amazing. It has Salmon, Albacore Tuna, grilled eel, shrimp, Tuna , and Ikura(orange roe) along with some shiitake mushrooms, greens on a bed of sushi rice. The staff was friendly and quick with the order. The place is in the lobby of one of the building in 4th Ave in Downtown Seattle so be prepared to either take it to go or sit on the lobby sofa or some of the stool by the main doors to the building. That said, don't be deterred by that, the food is worth it. Enjoy!“
“Walking into Sailfish you are greeted by friendly staff and a wonderful ambiance. I love all the plant life at the bar. Great spot for happy hour or even a date night! Oysters and Espresso Martinis...say less! Their Happy Hour is quite good. Half a dozen oysters for $18 and they are SO very fresh! Highly recommend. The espresso martini has sarsaparilla which makes it have a truly unique flavor that I absolutely loved. Triple fried potatos... yum. Really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. If you love seafood or just great cocktails I definitely recommend stopping in!“
“Places like this are genius. You order at a kiosk so it's perfect for introverts. The food is absolutely delicious. Their pho broth is scrumptious. Their pho tater tots and egg rolls are also yummy. I haven't figured out the beer situation there. It's apparently self-serve. This is place is also great to watch a game as they have HUGE TV's. Great for pre or post game eats.“
“BEST LOBSTER ROLL IN TOWN!! Hands down, my husband and I have been looking for a good lobster roll for a while . This place has a great customer service, staff was patient on the phone while we were making our take out order. When we got the order, the roll had the best spices and flavor I have ever had . We will be coming back.“
“Cute little shop with food made with care! I'm so thankful this place exists and fills the void of Korean food in the White Center area!!! Looking forward to more soup options eventually, I hope!!Parking: Only a few spots, working nearby may be required depending on time of day.“
“Busy, bustling atmosphere. EXCELLENT food, service was good. Really cool artwork on the walls, food is as authentic as I've ever had, the BBQ pork is their signature item.Only criticism would be that this area of Seattle is pretty sketchy. That's obviously not the restaraunts fault, though.“
“Went for happy hour to order my favorite smoked oyster dip with chips, ended up trying new spring cocktails not on happy hour menu lol no regrets. Mary was right. The lavender cocktail was absolutely delicious and my favorite. It drinks very easy so don't say I didn't warn you lol. I asked to sit outside as I enjoy balmy weather and fresh air. Perfect afternoon snack/early dinner. Mary says I'm such a lamb“
“absolutely obsessed with this place. everything on the menu is to die for. ivars ? no thanks. not just fish & chips ? HELL YES ! got the cod/salmon combo & substituted the fries with cajun shrimp fries as well as blackened salmon caesar. as u can tell from the picture, we couldn’t WAIT to dig in. if u don’t know what to eat, this place is ur answer. <3“
“Small stall inside the market for grilled-to-order fresh seafood. No seating but there are tables available within the market nearby. Service is friendly and fast. I ordered the blackened salmon sandwich which I recommend. The salmon was cooked really well and the bread and caramelized veggies and sauce were all tasty. I wish the fish itself was a bit more flavorful, but I'll definitely be trying out more of their menu“
“Went here for lunch. I had the sushi bento (see photo) plus a special roll (Sunset is the name, it has eel). The sushi bento has tuna, yellowtail, salmon, albacore, shrimp nigiri, crispy rice with crab meat, etc. The bento itself was filling enough. It was good, the fish was fresh, the miso was flavorful but not too salty, and the portions were fair.“
“Newish place - great ambiance! Love the bar area. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Happy Hour is a must! Cocktails were great, good wine list, and food was very tasty. Great local seafood, ingredients and flavors. Can't wait to go back!“
“The food and service were amazing! The steaks were cooked perfectly with the fat melting in your mouth. The drinks were delicious and well worth what we payed. As for the cheese cake, I've never had one as good as this. 5/5 for us, thank you for helping me celebrate my wife's 33rd Birthday!“
