Crawfish & Hotpot Reviews
I recently visited an amazing crawfish and hotpot restaurant in Seattle with my family and friends. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. The crawfish were flavorful and perfectly cooked, while the hotpot allowed us to customize our meal with high-quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic dining experience with loved ones.
Met a friend here for lunch because this was one of the few places in the area open on a Monday. Thrilled to have found this delicious spot!

I ordered the combo number 5 and was quite impressed. The portion size is very decent considering the price point, offering great value for your money. Most importantly, the salted egg yolk flavor was excellent—I really loved it! Highly recommended if you're a fan of that flavor profile.

Crawfish & Hotpot is a renowned restaurant known for its exceptional Vietnamese and seafood dishes. The menu offers a wide variety of options, all prepared with high-quality ingredients, ensuring generous portions and great value for customers. Standout dishes include the seafood boils, soft shell crab basket, tempura shrimp, and oyster basket.
The restaurant is praised for its attentive service and lively atmosphere, especially during karaoke nights. Customers describe their experience as energetic and memorable, with the Seafood Gumbo being a must-try. The broth in the seafood boil is boiling hot with well-molded flavors, and the spring rolls are soft and flavorful.
Visitors also enjoy the authentic Vietnamese cuisine, such as Hoi An chicken rice, sweet and salty fried chicken cartilage, and kumquat juice. The raw beef becomes super soft once cooked by the broth, providing a delightful dining experience.
Recent reviews highlight the restaurant's friendly staff, large portions, and diverse menu, with customers eager to return and try more dishes, especially the seafood boil.
