“I placed a to go order from here. We ordered the sampler, chicken/beef teriyaki meal and pancit. The service was good. The food was ready when I arrived to pick it up and the girl working at the front counter was friendly. The food was good as well. I would eat here again in the future when I'm in the area.“
“Have had a few amazing nights going to this restaurant the food is delicious the staff is very nice sometimes it takes them a bit to awnser the phone but its very worth it if you havent tried their food do it!! My favorite dish they have is the chicken and mushroom teriyaki its almost like a soup, and when you put it in rice, it is a meal sent from the gods ? keep up the amazing work you do!“
“Local butcher shop that raises their own food which many quality restaurants buy from. Great deals on a variety of package deals of beef, poultry and pork as well. Prices seem a bit high but worth it for the quality of meats offered. Chances are you've had some of their products if you eat at smaller owned restaurants in and around Kitsap county. Twenty four hours advance notice if you plan on buying from them so they can get it ready for you because their meats are that fresh. I believe there's also another shop behind them that has produce of same quality and also locally grown.“
“I'm giving this 5-star review based on their breakfast menu. My wife and I make it here once or twice a month for their Dungeness Crab Benedict (or their salmon Benedict special when available), and it never disappoints. Plenty of crab heaped on the English muffin, the poached egg is usually perfect, and the hollandaise is delicious. The booths are a little tight, but there is plenty of table space, and the waitstaff are always friendly and wrlcoming.“
“Still my favorite place in Kitsap after all these years. You can sit in a cozy timber beam fishing shack atmosphere surrounded by windows with that view under the bridge and fish tanks galore or sit outside on the deck in the summer with the breeze or maybe pull up in your boat like we have so many times. Fish tacos on point. Wasabi sauce is fantastic. There is still a need for warm starter bread with whipped butter. I promise it will be good to compete. Some of the Valentines day drinks are just odd. Sorry. Recently, nobody answered the phone, and it went to a full vm box. This neglect caused us to show up hoping we could be seated as a large party and having to wait when we wouldn't have had to. Please add back sweet potato fries and loaded baked potatoes. Bring back the blackberry salmon. It can definitely be better with a few tweaks, attention to detail and a menu update. Please advise staff to stop repeatedly asking how everything is in an excessive manner. 2x or maybe 3x is understandable, 6+ times is hard when your mouth is full, and you just answered the same question 5 minutes ago. The burgers are great. Can you guys add a lobster roll? Nobody else has one around kitsap that I know of. Keep me out of King and Peirce! Haha!“
“Enjoyed fish tacos here for dinner. The tacos were as expected, not amazing but not disappointing either. The honey brown cake I had for dessert was incredible! Perfectly buttery, slightly crisp on the outside, sticky warm sweetness on the inside- the flavor reminds me of madeleine cookies, but way better! I usually prefer chocolate desserts, but I’m glad I made an exception to have this.Server was attentive and friendly.“
“We had an enjoyable lunch, fish & chips, chowder and burgers. The service was great too!!!!Parking: Parking is free in the garage under the building, there are marked spots for each of the business. We had no problem on a Saturday afternoon but I could seeit being harder for dinner.“
“Seabird had incredible food and cocktails. It as so fun to take my Pescatarian sister to a restaurant where she could eat everything on the menu! The menu changes with the seasons, but favorites included the 50 carrot mezcal cocktail, a flight of oysters, the ceviche, and rockfish. I was impressed with the balance of flavors in the drinks and dishes. Also noteworthy was the play with texture in the meals. Our bill included two cocktails, two mocktails, three oysters, a salad, ceviche, two fish entrees, an espresso, and a dessert. I was floored that the bill came to just $100/person for two people before tip. What excellent pricing for such a wonderful fine dining experience. Highly recommended! Will go again!“
“I have been to The Islander a few times and it never disappoints. Tonight was made extra special due to the attentive and delightful service by Tyler. What an amazing server. Wonderful attitude and such a welcoming spirit. Will certainly keep recommending to my friends. Bravo!“
“They have the best burgers in town. Their FISH is to die for and the whole experience is worth it. About 15.00$ per meal but you get A LOT OF FOOD.Parking: Plenty of parking. Handicapped too.Kid-friendliness: They love it when you bring your kids in. Nice big tables.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to maneuver through out the restaurant if disabled.“
“Weddings at the Manor House is a mesh of classic PNW beauty and upscale garden style. The staff is very professional and organized, food is amazing! I am a local wedding planner and the Manor House is one of my favorite island wedding venues. Highly recommend !!“
“Delicious! Authentic Thai for sure. I got the curry with spice level one and it still had kick, which yay! Spicy equals authentic Thai to me. Can’t wait to come back and try more! The spring rolls are also some of the best I’ve ever had! Really good food! Glad they are here :)“
“Came back to Bainbridge to celebrate our 26th anniversary. Agate was the perfect place to do so. Atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Staff was engaged and helpful with food and drink choices. Food was wonderful and desert finished it nicely.“
“My wife and I tried this place for the first time about a month ago and it was deliciously amazing. We started with a cup of delicious clam chowder. My wife had the pineapple teriyaki chicken and she liked it very much. I had the delicious grilled teriyaki salmon dinner with steamed power greens, rice, and egg roll. Perfectly portioned and fair prices. Friendly atmosphere. Much more menu options to explore and we will be back. This place is more than just fish & chips.“
“While looking for a late breakfast. We discovered this small off the busy street on a side street in old town. Modern looking inside and out. A few tables inside and a few more outside, near the water would be great on a sunny day. From the name was not sure what they served.Their primary specialty is fish & chips, which we tried. $17.00I also tried the chowder in a bread bowl. $15.00The fish and chips are made to order, so hot out of the grease. Two fair sized , flavoried fish. The chips were also fresh and tasty.A couple of weeks ago we tried the same meal at Skippers, $19.00, it was without flavor. So this was a better meal. The chowder was tasty, wish their was more for this price. The bread bowl was tough to chew and without much flavor.A decent meal but still suffering sticker price shock, $35 for twoParking: Street parking, can be busy on a weekend.Quiet on a Tuesday noon“
“I order here 1 to 4 times a week. I generally just get a 2 large bowls of soup broccoli cheddar and I can't get enough of it! Since we're eating there sometimes, my family tries out different sandwiches, and they really enjoy them. The gentleman that works there has come to know us so well that he knows 2 soups when my hunny walks through the door. I like that type of relationship with a business. That is very important. And it makes me want to return.“
“Love a good fish and chips and this place did it right! HUGE piece of fish and plenty of chips to share. We also got the crab and shrimp cocktail, which was excellent. Between the two meals and three people, there was plenty of food to go around. They also have a small bottled beer and soda selection!“
“Wanted to eat something different than the same old tired burger joints. The basic fish and chips.Comes with a cup of chowder and a drink. The chowder was served when the order was taken. It was hot and tasty.Tad on the salty side.Pick a drink from the fountain. The fish and chips (fries) came has we finished the soup. Hot out of the grease, they were cooked to order.Standard fries, not fresh cut. The fish was polluck.Rather dull, not much flavor. Plenty of dipping sauces helped. The basic tarta, dull, was best. The other one was sweeted. Not my favorite.Ranch was OK.Food has jumped in price, so the $20 each was not totally a sticker shock. But still not cheap to eat out anymore“
“Took my daughter her husband and Grandson there while visiting. Took the ferry across to Bainbridge cool little town and we settled on docks Landing for lunch. I got the chicken club which didn't disappoint we also had the pulled pork sandwich and burger. All three were delicious and fairly priced!“
“We had a nice dinner before a movie. My son wanted seafood so we picked the Yacht Club Broiler. A lot of excellent options for seafood. They have steak and chicken too.We had the steamed clams, which was lovely and the broth was so nice we asked for extra bread for dipping. Then we had the Seafood Linguine, the Smoked Salmon Linguine and the Cioppino.Everything was cooked perfectly. The staff was excellent and just the right amount of attentive.Highly recommend.“
“Best oysters I have ever had! Super fresh and well prepared. The food came out quick for a Friday evening, service was exceptional even though the place filled up while we were there. The Mac and cheese with crab in it was delicious as well. The salmon fish and chips were good but not our favorite of the night. Would 100% eat here again!“
“A hidden gem in the heart of downtown Port Orchard. Inside the Port Orchard public market. Started with a Blackberry cider which was served at just the right temperature. For an appetizer - house prepared French Onion soup. Hot, flavorful and the optimal cheese to soup ratio. The main course, which was shared, consisted of 12 lightly battered shrimp and Dock fries. We added a side of cole slaw to complete our meal. Good crunch and not too sweet. The establishment was not crowded, but I'm certain that on the weekends seating might be hard to come by. Next time, I'm leaving room for dessert“
“I ordered a medium steak. When i cut into it, it was very rare. I wasn’t going to say anything, but my husband did. Our waitress was more than happy to take it back to cook it longer and handled the situation so well. It came back perfectly and she even took my meal off of our bill unexpectedly. She went above and beyond when she absolutely didn’t have too. Greatly appreciated!“
“It's been a while since we've been back, but this place is better than ever! The oxtail was spot on and came with a slice of cake!?We also got 1 lb shrimp and snow crab boils which were both delicious. The seafood tasted fresh, no sign of mushiness.Service was also very timely, which has has been an issue for us in the past, but it came out right when they said it would.10/10. We will definitely be back again soon.“
