“The crab chowder and the cosmic octopus from the tap make such a great pairing, and the place is like a beer museum. A must go in Seattle.“

“As bar food goes, this place ranks on top. Finding anything in Seattle that isn't over priced is difficult. Good fried seafood at a great price in a small neighborhood bar.“
“Long time diner at this wonderful restaurant. Great place for family gatherings and a casual meal.“

“Small Seafood Cafe tucked away back behind the original Starbucks & a myriad of other shops on Pike Place. Very, very casual & very suble low-key style. Oysters; fresh, raw, or fried, are their specialty. Cute little outdoor patio sits just below Post Alley- a great location for good food & people watching. Our go-to place for Oysters on the Half Shell, & Emmet Watson's has never disappointed us.“

“I grabbed the crispy cod sandwich on the way home, it was exceptionally good and crispy. They put the garnish on the side and the 2 pieces of cod stay crisp! Travels home well. Definitely coming back here, and the fries are seasoned and crispy too. Total 5 stars! Update: I came back the next day too! My new favorite place for crispy cod sandwiches.“

“Outstanding service at the corner of Ballard Ave NW and 20th Ave NW.
Great happy hour from 4-6PM -- good prices on the fish and chips $13, shrimp tacos $12, Crispy Cod Cakes $8.
The menu has scotch egg and mushy peas (!) as well as classic fish and chips and bangers and mash...but also: haggis croquettes. Pretty sure they're the only place in Seattle serving those.
Cocktails start at $15.
Over 250 kinds of scotch.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, can wheel directly into the restaurant.“

“Wonderful, crispy fresh halibut and some of the best clam chowder I have had in a long time….The owners are from Greece (one of the best places I have ever lived!) and definitely know how to cook!
This clean, counter service spot is right across from Alki beach…sit inside, outside on their patio or take your food down to the waterfront like we did.
Highly recommend!“

“I really wanted to love this place, but it was just ok unfortunately. I usually judge fish and chips by the cod or halibut, but I just couldn't justify paying nearly $30 for a casual fish and chips spot. I got the salmon, it was pretty good. The place is definitely not authentic British style which is fine for a lot of people. The fries were still tasty and the location is great. The staff was also having some kind of weird tense discussion at the ordering counter which made it super awkward to try to order. I would probably still give it a second chance if the opportunity arose.“

“had the cod and chips basket. portion size was good - had three decently-sized (just a bit bigger than your palm? if you have large palms) battered fish pieces and a good amount of chips. fish batter wasn't too heavy and had a bit of chili powder on top which was a nice touch.“

“I had some fish n chips on 10/20 after watching the locks action. It was crispy, firm juicy and the tarter sauce was great. Fries were warm crispy and soft just how I like it. I would go again“

“Nobody really knows why the Ivars on Aurora is inexplicably the best Ivars. I went today to see if this was the case and every aspect of the place was better than it needed to be.
Get you a salmon plate with a root beer and cup of chowder and you’re golden.“

“Pepper dock was the first food spot my Partner and I came across when moving to Seattle. We LOVE their burgers.
Unfortunately, our last visit wasn’t the best..
The owner was extremely rude for no reason!
Not a good impression. I may think twice about spending my money here now..“

“As a Brit living in Seattle for the last few years, I've been searching for a good Fish n Chip emporium. Well, a recent excursion out to Spud in Green Lake didn't disappoint. Excellent service and outstanding food. Thank you!“
