The Not Just Fish and Chips restaurant offers a charming dining experience with delicious and generous portions. Their cod is flaky and flavorful, served with crispy fries that many customers declare as the best. The fish and chips, prawns, and smoked salmon bisque are popular options, with the fish being perfectly crispy and thinly breaded. Many customers note that the fish tastes really fresh and is fried to order. The smoked salmon bisque has a sour taste, but the restaurant remains a must-visit for its exceptional fish and chips. The menu includes a variety of sandwiches, with the crispy Cod sandwich being a favorite among locals. Customers appreciate the seasoning on the fries, which are golden and crisp, with no oily wetness. The thoughtful packaging for takeout ensures that sandwiches like the shrimp cake sandwich stay crispy, making it a great choice for those on the go. The small, family-owned business is known for its friendly atmosphere and clean environment, making it a local favorite. While parking can be slightly difficult, the restaurant’s great customer service and consistently cooked dishes have earned it a loyal following, with many Seattle foodies recommending it for its quality.
